What music of Paul's do you exercise to?

Electric Arguments. Full album. Awesome to do yoga to, as well as cardio.
I like!

"Soggy Noodle" (I like to get my work-outs done as quickly as possible. )
followed by Ram On
With Her Majesty as a closer

Works for me.

Of course, the best exercise song would have to be 'The Back Seat of My Car'. Works every muscle in the body.

I'm not touching that one!

Followed by Paul's version of "I'm so Tired" for the warm down stretching exercises.

I am part of a running club down here in Australia and I have been famous for air guitaring... ops: I often put I Saw Her Standing There on my playlist but oddly Magical Mystery Tour is good to get me started which then goes into Save Us (both live versions from the iHeart Radio festival)

When I weight train it varies from Ram, BOTR, V&M or something live. Unfortunately Paul doesn't cut it when I run. Maintaining a 7:00 min/mile on an easy run I need something heavier like Metallica, Iron Maiden or a personal set I created.

I never saw this topic before, but I'll just add that I've been starting my gym routine off with Macca since last year. I usually start on the bike with "Angry".
-
I just got a NordicTrack incline treadmill and tonight started walking while watching "A Hard Day's Night."
-
I've danced to Paul's music. especially Ram. and now NEW. but I am the only person who doesn't excercise to music. I can't. I chant while doing cardio

The whole Twin Freaks album. I've done it.
I'm gonna try that.... I find Rushes is good for a walk or bike ride!
-
I don't actually listen to music when I exercise - I tend to get songs stuck in my head and repeat about 8 bars or so over and over.
-
I do seem to remember that back in the 80s, Temporary Secretary was on a tape mix I used for dance practice

I do that too...I usually wake up with the song of the day playing in my head...interesting to know somebody else does too!

Ha nice thread. I do a lot of power-walking and also have been listening to the 'New' album a lot lately, as well as a few tracks off of 'Flowers in the dirt' (i.e. My brave face, This One), and also some off of 'Driving Rain' (Lonely Road, About You). Some Wings stuff is also great for exercising to. Mid-70s etc. Cheers.

Might try that when doing yoga. Thanks for the tip.

That's a good question. The only album of Paul's I have right now is "New" so I listen to that whenever I out out bike riding. Bike riding is the only type of exercise I like doing.

I do listen to Electric Arguments when getting a massage from my robot
