I'm always so surprised when I read that people actually write Paul (or Brian or anyone on Paul's team) for free tickets..... Susy, you really were hurt some because you fancy yourself quite friendly to Macca??? Wow.

Congratulations! You will receive soundcheck information via e-mail approximately 1 week prior to your show. Don't forget to tell us all about it!

Got THE e-mail from CrowdSurge this evening that my tickets have been dispatched! Can't wait to have them in hand. Have had my JAX tickets for a long time because it was rescheduled from June. Always relieved when they arrive! Not long to wait now, folks!

EEEEEEEEEEEEKKKKKK!!!!!

I'm gonna try to go ! Gonna be there with bells on, probably delirious with joy and excitement, hope I don't get in a traffic accident

Greensboro is only 2 hours 15 min. away and looks like almost a straight shot on the map! Thing is, I need to get to the coliseum way ahead of time in order to buy a ticket from the box office. Lowest price tix are $60.00 (rounded off), doubtless up in "nosebleed"--getting it at the box office avoids service charge. I'm kinda broke at the mo. But should be able to swing that. Thinking there'll be tix still available is no slur on Sir Paul's drawing power. There are usually some tickets still to be had even at the last minute with most big arena shows by just about any performer, right?

I would say your chances are pretty good if you're going alone. Surely there will be a few single seats open.

Thanks, vicks Yes indeed, Thursday, Oct. 30 I might find myself barreling down the highway like a bat out of hell to Greensboro, bright and early, camp out at box office sitting on two pillows so my hiney won't hurt (LOL) and be first when the box office opens...it's funny, had a dream a few months ago that I was Paul Mc.'s girlfriend (which I sure loved!), then screamed in misery when I saw him off with another (not the one he has now, I don't know who it was) although I still retain some allure. (You know how rock stars are.) Then in the dream I got to sit in or a jam session with Macca or be at another big concert he gave and then everything was peachy. Then I found out he was gonna play at Greensboro, N.C. ! (My home state.) I screamed in great surprise and happiness, this time. Perhaps my dream of seeing his show again will come true. I'm delirious, over the moon, just thinking about it

There currently are just singles at the $165 level (plus fees) but perhaps some obstructed view seats will be released. I would not count on those being at the $60 level, however.

I can't express how important this is to me, so I diatribe here. My fifth anniversary (And I Love Her ops, taking my in-laws (life long Beatles/Paul fans that haven't seen a concert in 26 years -- their 47th anniversary -- well in there 60's -- went to Ireland two years ago, compliments of me). And my best friends coming with us too, whom got married just a couple weeks ago. My gift was Macca tickets -- and they were, well you know, ecstatic! I'm so excited by this. But, I've been to this Greensboro venue before, and it's not the greatest for acoustics. Fingers crossed that it will be as amazing as the last show I saw! Rock on poor boy!! Your fandom runs wide and deep. I'm so thankful that at my age I finally have the time and means to come see you! And buy tickets for friends and family that love you as much as I do. I am so happy to be able to more or less force them into going by putting a ticket in their hand. Then they can't whine out of going. Since I bought all those tickets, they are happy as hippies that they are coming to see Paul McCartney without opening their wallet PAUL: Your so much a part of all of our lives. So much a part of my 52 years. To Paul: cup of tea and a butter pie?

RADIANCE:
Nervous/excited has kicked in! Thankfully I don't have to be at work today until 9:45 and I live right around the corner. Seems like this Greensboro thread has been quieter than any other this close to ticket sale time. ??
Could be due to pricing and how small the venue is.

I will be there with six others. I can't afford to do that for six people. I can't imagine what I'd spend to do what your doing (since I already spent it all). But wow -- that sounds amazing. Please post back to me PM and the board about and share pictures if you could.

VIP is great. They usually send info out about a week ahead of time. Have fun...I know you will!

Jacksonville venue seats 15,000. Yum! Center in Louisville seats 22,000. The Greensboro Coliseum seats 23,000. The Greensboro venue us actually one of the biggest of the indoor arenas McCartney is playing on this tour.
