"Out There" Live Concert DVD?

.. McCartney has enough live CD recordings IMO. The public does not need every tour to have a live CD. Off the top of my head, I can't think of any other artist who has as many as McCartney.
Iron Maiden. They have released 11 live albums (and 16 studio albums) which equates to a live album every three years of their career.

Whoa!!!! Have they that much material or is it much the same stuff on the live albums?

But the audience is too low-key.
I was there (all of 'em) and low key they were not! And I've been to tishloads of US and UK shows. Moreover they were respectful (ie) no continuous beer lines or having to shuffle so some fat b**tard can trudge past you or through you with hot dogs, peanuts or other such trays of crap. The audiences truly appreciated the music. I've been to shows in the US where bozos continually talk over songs. Tokyo 13 is my go to broadcast McCartney concert.

Clapton's got a handful. But, then again, he regularly updates his show significantly.

Pretty much the same numbers time and again - for example, The Trooper, Iron Maiden, Number of the Beast, Running Free and Two Minutes To Midnight all feature on most of their live releases.

audi has the right idea with his "Highlights" suggested live DVD and album with "surprises and one-offs." Would be quite a treat

Updates his show significantly? I wish Paul would...at least for one tour.

And there's a plethora of 'em this tour.

Maybe "Back in the South U.S.A." live DVD and/or album of this tour would not be such a "stretch"--remember he's got "Live in Red Square" and the one from New York with New York in the title. A South U.S.A. live cd would have more of a "get down" populist funky vibe and show he's not such a snob that he regards Russia and New York as more important or something (?). I know what I'm trying to say but not achieving it completely. I saw a recent pic of Paul with Jerry Lee Lewis--it could be in that spirit sort of, of returning to roots.

Good, Vera.

I'm surprised that he hasn't released a DVD from one of his UK gigs. Does he not think the UK crowds are as big as the ones in the US?
-
Clapton's got a new concert-film coming to cinemas everywhere very soon.

Iron Maiden is a great live band; perhaps after the release & hopefully a world tour of "Book of Souls" they will release another live album. UP THE IRONS!

There's no reason he couldn't sell it on his website only. Why not use his free download feature to share some live audio?
-
It's feasible. Didn't we receive live audio of selected tracks from the 2010 Hyde Park thing as a free download a while back?
