Nashville (over 3 hours away) is closest to me. Audi, will you go?
-
I love Richy but - same players...surely they couldn't come out and do the same show they've been doing since 2012! Oh wait...
-
I wouldn't mind going to Nashville; get out of the Aussie winter. The Greek in LA is always a nice setting, and it's the closer so you just know Joe Walsh or other guests is a given.

C'mon Ringo announce another OZ tour!!!
-
Some of Ringo's songs have varied since this lineup's 2012 origins, except for the mainstays of course. However, pretty much all the all-starr songs have gone unchanged. Todd Rundgren & Gregg Rolie have swapped out one song each for another. I am so damn sick of Richard Page. His music doesn't fit at all and he's been in the band for over five years. Of course, it is Ringo so naturally I'm all over the June 17th date at The Warner in DC, but I don't see me splurging for 5th row again...although, who am I to predict my splurging
-
That's it buddy. We'll never get what we want so I'll take what we get at this stage of the game. Just thankful 2 fabs are still kicking while everyone is seemingly going toes up! The clock is ticking.

^ Too true. I wish he'd play over here again but i know it's not going to happen - that's why i'm so glad i got to his liverpool and manchester shows a few years ago (missed his couple of early 90s ones and always regretted it). Was totally surprised when he did those gigs a few years ago though - i'd begun to settle for at least having seen him at Concert for george and being crushed in the crowd when he did that rooftop mimed performance for liverpool 08! So to get to go to not one but two proper Ringo gigs was amazing for me - you guys in the states are so lucky you get to see him pretty much each year, ok you may moan what he plays and the all star people but at least you see him, treasure the guy while you can

i know that moptops! you're my Cilla loving aussie mate, the prob with my post which wasn't written at you was that when i'd posted it i edited it and added the "too true" bit to you, which doh made it look like i was talking to you, i'd never insult you by calling you a yankie doodle Unless you're planning to move to the states as your only way to ever get a Paul gig that is?!

No worries cor blimey! We are buddies, pals and mates!

I am pretty much worn out with this lineup have seen them in 2012,2014,2015, but I am leaning towards biting the bullet and going to the Englewood show here in NJ I hope Ringo throws in something different but I know he won't
-
Haven't ever seen Ringo live, and was going to try to go to his Detroit show last year, which he ended up canceling. So am fairly certain I will see him this summer. Hopefully tickets won't be too difficult to get.

How are the prices for a Ringo show? Nothing too fancy, just a decent seat? -Rubber Soul13

Me, too. Last year I told myself, "Don't need to see that again", and then I ended up going in October! I'll probably do the same thing this time...maybe see you at Bergen PAC!

Had a balcony seat last October which cost $115 before fees, etc. I think the cheapest were about $85, but don't remember for sure. Few hundred bucks for up front and close.
