The excitement is finally setting in and feeling real... only one more sleep!
-
One more day.
-
Less than a 30 minute drive to venue. We're so pumped to see the show!
-
Can't make the show and am willing to let go of a nice pair in Sec 113 for half price. Just hope someone can use these tickets!! Please let me know if interested. Thanks!
-
Can't believe he's actually coming to my own area. Excitement is only starting to set in now; it's been shock and disbelief and then suddenly the concert is tomorrow. Too soon it will be over. Thank you, Paul, for coming to these smaller cities.
-
Time to leave work, yeehaw! There are thunderstorms expected to hit this area right around the time of the concert so I hope that we get inside before getting wet (and I hope there is no problem with the power)!
-
have a wonderful time tonight everyone!!
-
Enjoy the show, I hope he will play Mull Of Kintyre!

I would be very surprised if he doesn't. The Paris/Port Dover Pipe band that he's had on stage isn't far from the venue.

So excited for everyone attending tonight's concert, have a fantastic time!!! Looking forward to pictures, videos, and reports! Enjoy!!!

People, get to shows EARLY. Once again, people are complaining about still being on line to get in. I'd much rather be early, get in, and spend the waiting time inside rather than standing on line, but I guess some people think you just stroll in whenever you get there. Even friends of mine, who I plan to meet at the NJ show, just told me they plan to leave home at 4:30, go out to eat, then go to the show!!??

Be careful of the presales and general sales and make sure the tickets are what you want.. Over the last couple of weeks in Vancouver, Ticketmaster has consistently released new tickets after the general sales first day and are much better than what was available on that first day and in some cases prices reduced. Very frustrating and completely unfair to the loyal fans...
So very true! I ended up giving three tickets away because they weren't exactly what I wanted. When you're over 60, you realise your lifespan.

How early do you suggest getting to the venue before they allow people in?

Loved the show! I never heard MOK live before, it was Awesome. It's always great seeing most of the Macca fans that you know and see at the shows. It's a reunion. I got really lucky tonight and had a picture signed as Paul was walking off stage. A great night! I couldn't have asked for a better birthday! ::

I'm glad for you, Phil! That's my dream too, to hear Mull of Kintyre live! Maybe one day, though I'm getting less and less hope for that. Happy belated Birthday!

_________________________________________________________ Graham Rockingham from the Hamilton Spectator (one of the big Newspapers) gave Paul a great review. If anyone can put it on this thread, it would be appreciated. They had the setlist in this article and Yes, Paul did play Birthday right after Mull. They had a video of Paul doing "Can't Buy Me Love" and his voice sounded pretty good. Can't wait to see a video of Paul doing "Mull of Kintyre".
