I hope I am wrong and this is not 90% about the Beatles. After all, he has been a solo act for 50 years -lol.

Exactly what I was thinking. The title first made me think it was about the McCartney series of albums, but the trailer makes it look pretty Beatles focused. I understand why, and I'll probably still enjoy the Beatles stuff, but the more it's about Wings/Solo Paul the better, IMO.

I posted that in a separate thread on Apr. 1st and today it got merged into this thread. I don't have Hulu, so don't know when/if I'll get to see it.

Pity Hulu is an American only subscription service. Great for our friends in the US not so good for everyone else.
Heres hoping they turn up on YouTube or some other streaming place

Don't get too worried about it yet, Darrel..... In Australia, we don't have Hulu, but most of their content ends up on one of our other major streaming services... so, I am hoping we will get it through STAN or one of the others.... still a good chance you will get it.... here's hoping!

I was excited when I saw the title and then came to the realization that this will probably be mostly a "Beatle" thing which IMO is disappointing. I am not saying it should ignore the Beatles but I was hoping they would not go overboard, we will see.

*** Disclaimer here ahead of what I am going to write.
When I was thinking about cutting out Cable and start Streaming television, I "tested" 3 services. HULU was one that I tested. They gave an amount of time to watch and then you either subscribed or dropped it.
That was awhile ago, I don't know if they do that anymore or not and as a test drive - I don't know if they would not allow access to Paul's documentary. There is a chance that you could sign up for a month only.
I am speaking from 2 or more years ago in checking their service and so many things could have changed. They might even want payment upfront? I cannot do that again because I used my "testing" time up.
***** I don't know if Paul or the interviewer get paid per viewer so you just read this only as a historical reference. -

That's the problem, we've already heard most everything hundreds of times! I never get tired of film/video of them though. I have probably watched AHDN at least a hundred times and I could watch it another 100! Same with Help! I really love the live shows that were filmed professionally.
-
Well.... let's just hope Paul spills on a few things we haven't heard before...
Who knows?
But, yeah, let's hope it's not a rehash.... I'll be watching either way.... we might get surprised!

Every once in awhile you might hear something new or different from a Paul interview.
I have heard a few when there is a re-release of a 50th year of his solo album such as RAM.I enjoyed the interviews because they aren't as predictable.
There are many fans who would watch or listen to this part of Paul's life and his creative experiences. That being said, if I have a chance to watch or listen to these interviews - I will do so or find a way to see it another time. Even if they are the many times heard Beatle stories.
I saw a promotion for this interview seemingly a long long time ago and it looked interesting enough to want and see it.
I too hope to catch it in different ways other than Hulu. Given enough time when someone puts it out there for all to see. -

Hope this eventually comes out on you tube eventually. I can’t keep adding all of these services and magazines and newspapers, just to occasionally see something. Not to mention Spotify who charges now. I can’t get added on to the family plan of my sister because she lives in another state!!! Please, won’t someone invent a service where you can just pick and choose the occasional shows !?! Or I’m going to have to find someone I know that gets all these shows and invite myself over and bring the dinner!!! Comcast is what I really want because they have great PBS and NOVA. It would require me to sell my house and move two neighborhoods over! Just too crazy!!! LOL

I am afraid the consensus here is correct--it will most likely be Beatles centric with our listening to many things we have heard before in one place rather than stretched over numerous interviews. I hope this doesn't mean that the forthcoming Lyrics book will do the same. Not sure about getting this on Hulu but I have the book on order.
