Just found this photo from Mar. 1, 1975. Can't remember who the black woman is, so don't know if she's still alive, but Bill Medley (far left) just turned 81 in Sept. and of course Yoko is 88. Sean was there as well - note Yoko's baby bump.

Roberta Flack, who I think is still alive and aged about 84 now I believe.

Thanks, your info is correct!

This is a great photo. I think it was taken in Sept. 1980 by the Japanese photographer who took the cover of Double Fantasy.

That's one of the best photos of John and Yoko I've ever seen.

The guy to the right of Bill Medley is Bobby Hatfield, the other half of the great blue eyed soul duo "The Righteous Brothers". Bobby sang the tenor parts within the duo and he sang Solo on one of their biggest hits "Unchained Melody". Bobby sadly passed away on November 5 of 2003 from drug use (mainly from heavy cocaine use it is believed). Funny personal story for me about Bobby Hatfield. When the Rightous Brothers appeared in Atlantic City (quite a few times), Bobby liked poker and blackjack and started liking to go to my sister's table who was a popular dealer at Caesar's. My sister told me that Bobby was a sweet soul and he always stayed quiet about his fame. He went to my sister's (Sally) table several times when he was appearing at Caesar's and considered it his lucky table. Not sure who the dude is to the right of Bobby Hatfield but he does look familiar. His profile looks a little like David Bowie but definitely not sure it is Bowie.

Definitely is David Bowie!
And I knew that was Bobby Hatfield. Cool story about your sister, btw. I was just pointing out the only ones left alive in the photo.

A great photo. Yoko looks beautiful. So natural. And smiling. They look so happy.

Optical illusion.... for a moment there, I thought John was comforting Ringo by taking his hand...maybe cos he was the new guy on the block... then I realised that wasn't John's thing back in that day.... plus, not the thing guys did openly back in the day.. rather it was Ringo's hands clasping together... but a good optical illusion.... it almost looks like John is warning Ringo that they're about to become the greatest band/artists of all time... and that everything will be OK... Ringo, get ready for the ride of your life.
