Now we are NEW - PaulMcCartney.com

@oobu24
Well they changed the site, its quite confusing.
For some reason my username was changed to K-1 and I cant change it back. -
I wonder if a lot of the problems will be fixed?
-
Good to see Wonderful Christmastime release duly noted in 1979 but no entry for Mull of Kintyre in late 1977. Huge hit as you know. Other songs from the singles-rich 1970s are also missing. Junior's Farm don't think was there
overall though, looks great. Keep up the great work

The website looks great, but it should be noted that in the discography the Wings Over America (Archive Collection) has Venus and Mars/Rockshow and Jet swaped, and the original release has Venus and Mars, Rockshow and Jet missing. (See links)

This is one of the things I hope will be fixed. Clickable links should be automatic.

Hi all,
As you may have already seen, we just launched an updated version of PaulMcCartney.com. It’s been re-built from the ground up and given a brand new design and we’d love to hear what you think – particularly the timeline, let us know if we’ve missed anything off!
Please leave your thoughts in the comments below and we’ll be following the feedback in the thread. We’re excited to hear what you think!
Please note: The Maccaboard will also be updated soon. This is to bring the design in line with the new site as well as moving to a newer, more reliable platform. On your first visit to the new Maccaboard, you will need to reset your password so we encourage you to ensure you’re using an up-to-date email address.
All the best!
So far, I really like the "Timeline" section.

Don't hold your breath. As you can see from the comments here, they're already screwing up.

You should still be able to discover old tours, previous set lists and concerts further down on the live page: https://www.paulmccartney.com/live/all
Thank you from PaulMcCartney.com

Thank you for checking out the site and we're glad you like it.
We are currently working on getting all the singles added to the site in both discography and in the timeline; so keep your eyes peeled over the coming months.
Some singles have already been added as moments on the timeline as we are promoting the 4k remastered music videos on Paul's YouTube channel.
Thank you from PaulMcCartney.com

I really like the time-line but have spotted a couple of (possible) errors in the 1970's section:
Re: Venus and Mars entry: Recording was done in London ( Rock Show, Letting Go & Medicine Jar) and not just New Orleans and Los Angeles.
Re: London Town entry: Recording was also done in London and not just the Virgin Islands. Also some overdubbing was done in Scotland.

That is good to hear. We have all been waiting for this for a long time. Is the "Submit your question" section fixed
Would it be easier to display pictures in a post? -
I love the new design of the site. Really much easier. Especially for reading. I just have to explore all the nooks and crannies to find my way around.

Actually, from the home page, I found you have to click on the top right (MENU) and then click on TOUR.

The Timeline starts in the 1970s, so the only movie of note is GMRTBS in 1984.

Would it be easier to display pictures in a post? You still have to use a third-party site like Photobucket. You can't just select the photo you want to post from your computer/phone/iPad like you can on Facebook.
