More enjoyable? Which one do you think Paul has the most energy? And which ones do you have the most energy at?

      7/15/11- Yankee Stadium
      6/8/13- Barclays Center
      7/5/14- Times Union Center
      8/7/16- MetLife Stadium
      9/15/17- Madison Square Garden

      Thank you Paul!

Never really thought about it. The only time I saw him in winter was 1989 tour. I think his energy is the same no matter when you see him, mine also - lol

          Maybe I'm amazed !!

There's nothing like a UK winter Paul gig.

Without doubt the winter gigs here in the UK have been better than the summer ones! Probably because I hate stadium shows.

yes, arena shows are preferable for me as well. but stadium shows are nice too because you can get cheaper seats and enjoy multiple nights

Any time of the year, just in an arena! (not a stadium)

Never again for me outdoors. Weather can be iffy in my part of the US in winter, so any time of year except for winter for travel and indoors only.

Summer shows for sure. Albeit, of my five Macca shows...four of them happened between July 15th August 15th of the calendar year Despite the decrease in sound quality, and the increase in ticket prices...there's no feeling like being on the field in NYC in the middle of summer, sweat beading up, with Paul McCartney playing his heart out in front of you. The vibes are way beyond compare!

Thumbs up great topic! I guess it truly depends on where you are. Paul in Texas in August=HELL! Old ladies were fainting outside the doors! My boyfriend had to carry a couple into the inside! Why do we always have to stand in line? nightmare UV spectrum! nightmare humidity! 100+ temps! Nevertheless we persevered! Paul in Texas this past November=ideal! Cool breeze and in the 50s! roof open on the ball park and Venus and Mars in the sky, was truly magical. slam dunk no question, give me everything cool I'd still go regardless of the time of year but it sure is nice not to feel like death

Are you speaking of Dallas in 2009? I was there with my cousin and his wife, who live nearby the stadium. We went over early to get a good parking spot and took bottled water with us. Actually hogged shade until they opened the doors and let the crowd in so we didn't have problems. It was so hot and they opened the doors so late. I got sick waiting in the heat at the Hard Rock in April. Had to leave concert early and go back to hotel. Not fun. I don't handle heat well. I thought it was humidity I can't handle. Found out in Vegas, it's heat. Went to St. Louis in November. That could have been an iffy drive. Have a nephew who was born on November 8 in an ice storm. Would not have been happy if I could not have made the drive to St. Louis.

Summer but please, let's have them inside. Atlanta 2009 we had a big thunder storm over Piedmont Park and we were soaked. Many people had actually left!! Cincinnati 2011 was outdoors and perfect but it's just not worth the risk when you hae travlled and paid for a ticket. Beyond that, summer concerts are better for travel and for hanging around outside the venue.

Yes, arena is better, except for the fireworks on Live and Let Die. I prefer spring or fall if it's outdoors... it's too humid in the summer, where I live.
