Keith Richards Trashes Beatles’ ‘Sgt. Pepper’ as ‘Rubbish’
-
I feel like Keith Richards is one of the few people that can make a comment like this - even in it's true, non-sensationalized context. If I have a relative or close friend that trashes The Beatles, I get defensive like they've called my child ugly. Here, it's like "Oh that Keith, he's incorrigible."

Why does your title say "Kanye" Richards?

Nancy R:
Why does your title say "Kanye" Richards?
Because his complaints reminds me of Kanye West's complaints.

He just says what he thinks instead of being political correct. I like that in a person. Keith has character.

The Stones havent done an original/inspirational work since Tattoo You, & most of those songs came from previous demos. Everything since has been rewrites of previous songs & of course, a great live act. Every artist/band has its shelf-life. The Beatles were unique in that almost everything they created was unique & groundbreaking & they knew when to quit - on TOP!

Yes, it is! (Isn't that a name of a BEATLES song?)

I'll listen to Keith Richards when his new album Crosseyed Heart is played non-stop on radio stations across the world when it's released, and becomes the most influential album of all time!

Has Keith been snorting more of his Dad's ashes lately?

Yep, agreed on Tattoo You. I was a fan of it. On vinyl, though, so I haven't listened to it for decades.
