Aw were you not able to get tickets?
I was just trying to get to Indianapolis from NJ, I tried the train and the plane and neither one was direct. It would have taken something like 5 hours to get there, the same as flying to California! I didn't even look for a ticket...as it was just took long a trip, and through Atlanta, wow!!?? It was a 3 hour drive if I flew to Chicago and drove...So didn't make it! So how was it?! Videos please!!

Great show. I Saw Her Standing There played instead of Get Back. Otherwise was standard setlist.
-
another great show..thanks Paul

Great show! I was at VIP- he was in a good mood, kidding around with the band and talking to our group. No one got called up. Concert was fabulous. Again, no one got called up but he read a number of signs. He responded to 4 of mine, so that was a real thrill. Sigh. Looking good, Paul!

Well, my post-concert blues have set in. Last night in Indianapolis was absolutely AMAZING! Paul was in SUCH a good mood - which always makes for an extra fun show. Soundcheck was SO much fun! Akiboh and I danced the entire hour - seriously, I was winded. And she got a shout out from Paul after holding her, "This is my hometown!" sign. Actually, it was more than a shout out - it spawned an entire funny story from Paul, directed at her! Our seats were incredible for the show - 3rd row, dead center. Paul was REALLY interacting with the audience, which isn't anything new, but is still so much fun to be a part of. During Your Mother Should Know, I held a sign that read, "This (soon to be) Mother Will Know!" He read it after he finished the song and gave me a point and "congratulations" type applause. Then he said something like, "We've got a mother-to-be down front! Congratulations!" before going into Lady Madonna. It was awesome - something I'll have to tell this baby about when it's old enough to understand. Anyway...back at work now and obviously finding it difficult to concentrate. Let's hear some more stories about the show!

Any nice reviews from the local papers? If someone can post them that would be teriffic.

Congratulations on being a "(soon to be) mother will know." Just curious: What was the funny story he told about Akiboh ? Was it about her Paul tattoo?

I had a sign that said "Welcome to my hometown!" Paul said, "THIS is your hometown?" I said "YEAH!" Then he made up a little story: "It's actually my hometown, too. Few people know that. I was born in Indianapolis and quickly shipped off to Liverpool just in time for my birth to be registered there. Little known fact!" Paraphrased, but it was something like that! He's such a goofball.
