Yet another hint he's doing New Zealand as well. And of course it's in the colour scheme and style of the One On One tour. A clever bit of buzzing and teasing, I must say.

I hope so! I know they did for Japan, but going back over the old threads they seem to (usually) go on sale very quickly. I'm also hoping for a VIP package, just deciding whether soundcheck will be worth it. I guess we will know more on Wednesday!
In the US, the fan presales are often the day after the official announcement! so be ready for a Thursday on sale just in case it's done the same way for you!

Congrats to all the fans down in Australia and New Zealand who have been waiting for Paul to return. Happy for ya'll.

When you say "fan presale" do you mean through this website? Cheers Chrissie

So excited for Aussie fans! Things may be different due to the promoter but from past experience in the US: VIP packages and tickets are easier to grab than general sale tickets. But they can sell out and the sooner you try, the better the seat. The best you can hope for with the Hot Sound is 3rd row center and from there they start selling farther back and off to the sides... First and second row might be worth it too if you're able to snag the first seat off center, especially in smaller arenas...if that makes sense? Good luck!

Yes. There is usually a link via the "live" page here (the mods will also post a separate thread for each presale to help you find it) that takes you directly to the ticketing sale page for the venue. When you access the sale page that way, you will be able to shop for tickets once you enter the presale code, which is always announced here as well. The quality of presale tickets has varied from being good to not so great, but at least you get a chance to try and buy before the rest of the public, so it is always worth giving the presale a try just in case. You can also buy VIP packages at this time, too.

*Bump* Paul, please come over to OZ when ya can, that would be great if you did. Despite what happened last time I've decided that I'm gonna try and get Gold / Platinum seats if it does happen a next time. Watched the DVD for the first time in a while the other night, and it blew me away again. RnR!! Good old Neighbours? !! We're a couple of weeks behind mainland Aus where I am. Dee only just died the other night here. -CS
What about the look alike...not that I watch it

What a time to be alive, in 39 hours from now we're able to close this ever-lasting classic of a thread and start a few with "CONFIRMED" in the title.

...and then, in December, we can re-open this one.

Is Paul really gonna play in Oz ??? (Finally?) It's gonna be fun when he starts gadding about in July with band and crew putting on more really big shows. Even from a distance, by proxy, unable to attend one. But I hope for you Aussies' sakes you finally get to welcome him in Oz again after many many moons. (No C-Moons. Bad pun, sorry!) ops: No See Moons
-
Wouldn't it be awful if, after all this, it wasn't him? *braces for angry comments*

Hi Chriska I was thinking about Belinda the other day when all these announcements happened. I know she was not well battling a life threatening decease, that was way back. I really hope she is still OK. I actually met her at a Beatles Convention in Adelaide. Lovely girl. Without her this thread would not have happened. Cheers Chrissie

Yes all true. Hope shes ok too! I remember finding a myspace page or something now years ago, messaged, but had no response even then sadly.
