Those pictures are encouraging despite the hole in his pants. He looks good.

I agree, I think he looks great! Could use a haircut, but why quibble?

I think that caption-writer is wrong. That guy is there specifically to see Paul, if he's hanging out wearing a Wings shirt! Paul seems to be looking right at him in the photo. I think that the guy is talking to Paul and perhaps he's asking him to sign his ukelele, or he's showing it to Paul, or something like that... Mod Edit This post has been edited for Paul's privacy and security.

Gosh, that looks just like me...it's not me though, I'm way over here! Same shirt, shoes, ukulele, and glasses though! My hair is a bit cleaner....but same cut! Wouldn't be caught dead in those pants....

So, in other words, he doesn't look anything like you!

Forgive me if this has already been discussed. What could happen with extending this tour now with rescheduled dates in October. For example, thoughts on a UK, European, Australian, etc etc leg of this tour in 2015?

As someone suggested in another thread that Japan and Korea should be rescheduled in 2015 with a long-awaited Australian tour. A European/UK tour would be the best in December....although this summer would have been even better.... but oh well. Christmas shows are always special, so it'd be great if Paul did them again.
-
I think it's been made very clear that the cancelled shows in May are just that- Cancelled. There has been no sign of rescheduling, and I doubt there will be. I found those dates to be ver ypeculiar and rushed from the beginning. Anyway, my guess (which is based purely off of nothing) is that after the US Shows in October, Paul will head home and then resume the Euro/UK Christmastime concerts in December. It's time, the fans so, so deserve it. Then, that will probably be the end of "Out There", maybe another odd leg at the beginning of '15 in South America or some other stray dates as we've seen in the past.

Well said! I hope so too!

I'm wondering what's going to be said about the Far East dates.. It would be smart to have them to be played in 2015 and he could possibly hit Australia and New Zealand. I'm kind of sad with the fact that the show at the Budakan could be cancelled honestly. Even though I was never going to that show I for some reason anticipated it.. Right now I guess I'm getting to see Paul play the last show of the tour. IMHO that's pretty cool but others may disagree. I've learned to just deal with the U.S. dates getting moved because now the advantages for myself alone are much better than they were. Plus there's a new Abbey Road On the River festival (To Sir With Love) being held the weekend before the show. Also the show is a day after my birthday. Wonder if I can get some people to help me get Paul to play "Birthday"..
-
Do you think there'll be another new tour after "Out There"?? I would love to see Paul do the Garden. If he plays New York again, it's a no-brainer he has to play there.
-
I hope he reschedules the Asian dates before he starts booking concerts anywhere else. For the most part, the fans in Japan and South Korea appeared to be very understanding of Paul's situation and handled it all in a classy manner (unlike all the nasty comments I read on mostly British news sites, where people seemed practically delighted about the fact that he got sick). I'd feel particularly sad for the fans in South Korea since he's never played there. Come on, Paul. And after the US and hopefully Asia I hope he takes a break from touring for a bit.

That would be fair: Asian shows (maybe Australia too), and then Europe and the UK. I hope he will feel well enough to do all that, of course.
