got tickets to go see The Who in Feburary. QUADROPHENIA!
Rock ON! I'm missing the whole tour...I was in travels from St. Louis when they played here in November, and I can't afford the February show nearby.
I strongly recommend trying to go one. There's a chance this could be their last tour due to Pete's ear condition. But it's almost like that with every Who Tour now. My dad went to their "farwell" tour in 1982, farewell my ass
It's hard to believe I saw them 3 times in the 70's with Keith Moon, including the original Quadrophenia Tour in 1973, and now I'm seeing them again in 2013, and they're playing Quadrophenia in the same place I saw them play it 40 years ago. It's unbelievable to me!
Randy....THAT IS EPIC!

I went to see Hairspray this afternoon, narated by John Waters and featuring Micky Dolenz as Wilbur Turnblad! Front row eisle seats to boot! And cheap too! $30...what a steal! The whole show was spectacular. The music was perfect, it was hillarious, the costumes were spot on and of course...we're in BALTIMORE! Here's Micky...I got a stray button that flew off his jacket too!!!

I got real lucky ticket wise. You know how sometimes new tickets become available way after they go on sale, and they are so much better than the tickets available the day before? If you buy tickets the day they go on sale, seeing a better seat go up can be infuriating. That's what happened with the Paul concert. But this time it worked out in my favor. I'm in section H, which is 8 rows from the stage. If I had hesitated another day, I would have been stuck with a section towards the back of the floor. I was ecstatic. Still don't know why they do that though.

I wish I could've seen The Who's Quadrophenia tour...had a few oppourtunities but, it just didn't work out : I also wish the Fleetwood Mac tour...was actually Fleetwood Mac I'm not seeing them without Christine McVie, and I don't think that will ever happen. I saw Stevie Nicks open for Rod Stewart last year and while she sounded JUST like the record, her performance was fairly boring.
-
Not Fleetwood without Peter Green! VIP packages are available, although Mick is the only one you get to meet.

Wow really? That would be dissapointing. Not that I'm putting Mick Fleetwood down but...there's MUCH more to the band!
