Paul McCartney 2016 Rumors

makka:
If Paul would play Germany, in which city he will perform? What do you think?
If I had to guess I would say either Cologne or Berlin, but perhaps Frankfurt or Hamburg would be possible as well?

IMO it's time for Munich too. It's more than 12 years ago Pauls tourmachine stopped there. But I think Hamburg and Cologne (or at least other big cities in this area like Duesseldorf or Dortmund) has the best chances.

Yeah, one of those big German cities should get a concert.

Or Prague, last concert was there in 2003

no it was 2004 . By the way I never saw such an unprofessional dirty concert place agian. The concert didn't happend on the so called "T-Mobil Park" (as announced) it happend on an old industria terrain.

Oh, sorry mr.flamingpie . I hadn't been there I'm only waiting for some announcements from Paul. Everyday checking e-mail, waiting for newsletter with news about European tour It's to early to say anything about it

I'm betting on Latin America in April/May (or November), US/Canada in the Summer and/or Fall, plus possibly Europe sometime throughout the year. It will be a new tour, so maybe Japan once again. It's still too far away so it's all speculation, but those would be the most predictable (and therefore safer) bets. Hopefully he will add a surprise or two to his itinerary, apart from the usual places.

liking that Newark, NJ rumor for next year that was on another post

Hoping for South Florida/Miami. It's the probably the biggest US market he skipped on the Out There tour.

Different set list from the first Out There gig I saw in Brooklyn. I loved the mix of songs...really did a great job of "covering all the bases". The band was just fantastic, as always and really seemed to be having a great time. While the show was truly in the middle of nowhere, I am so happy that I made the trip. Already looking forward to 2016 and my third show. A friend of mine works for the Prudential Center in Newark (10 miles from where I live) and told me that he heard a rumour of a May show. Hopefully that will turn out to be more than a rumour. Cool Back to top View user's profile Send private message

Isn't Orlando near Miami?

Orlando is about 3 and half hours away from Miami.

A rumor of Newark (while exciting because of it's proximity to me) doesn't sound all that inspiring in hopes of a "minty-fresh" tour. When we get some more reliable rumors, and rumors of cities that have been played in the last 5 years...then I'll be excited with hopes of a new tour!

Newark makes sense regardless of the tour. Its so easy to get to from multiple major cities, I find it strange he hasn't played there more recently.
