Paul's upcoming album review they say its HOT!

The single also reminds me slightly of the Rutles "Doubleback Alley" which is itself a "Penny Lane" pastiche! Had it on repeat for past hour - best first single since "Fine Line", roll on 14th October!!

Not out in the U.S. Probably midnight?
where may I find this tune in U.S.?

This is AMAZING! It's got that same bouncy catchiness of Penny Lane and the Beatles Sgt Pepper-Magical Mystery Tour period! The production is bloody lovely, although his voice is possibly the weak link but i'm glad vocally its still the same old McCartney but aged without any autotune or effects. Dare I say this could be a hit if promoted properly. This makes the Beatles fan in me giddy! ITS BEATLE PAUL PEOPLE!

Awe man... this sound is like early 80's Paul, Tug of War & Pipes of Peace. The mix and vocal arrangement is all classic Paul. I LOVE IT! On my 8th listen now.

and Beach Boys style at the very end
-
Those drums are so Ringo-ish!
-
I like it NEW- just listened to it a few times
-
My first thought was beatles meets beach boys. Very 1966...but it sounds so...new
-
I'm listening to this non-stop since downloading half an hour ago. I really need some sleep but I can't stop listening!

Yeah, I got that feel too. Roll on October
-
Oh! I LOVE it! It sounds like it could have been done 40+ years ago...that Beatle sound!
-
WOW. I like it. Pretty much everything about it.
-
Is there a producer credit listed?
-
First impressions: I like it! Very catchy, and evocative of mid period Beatles ('66-'67), and some little Beach Boys influence added in as well! Can't wait to hear the rest of the album!
-
Supposedly Mark Ronson. The horns! I knew Ronson would bring the live horns!
-
Wix is gonna have his hands full on this one! Steady harpsichord (which also contributes greatly to the beatles meets beach boys sound) AND those saxes at the end...a very Phil Spector thing to do
-
Very nice tune. The vocals sound great. So much better than Memory Almost Full. Love the sound of the production of this track. Sounds vintage and new at the same time. Very Paul and very very good. Oct 14th can't come soon enough

It actually reminded me a bit of Ever Present Past...but it's better, because lyrically, ever present past was just about as thoughtful as Ringo's material.
