This article says she graduated in 1977 http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-2047801/Talk-improving-age-Nancy-Shevell-unrecognisable-high-school-yearbook-photo-1977.html#ixzz1aTWzzSiu
I was really hoping no one would link to such a mean-spirited story.
I am glad someone did. I don't care about the story, but I love that yearbook photo. She looks like a genuinely very nice person there imo. Outer looks can change, but the light from within remains.
well thank you. Some people will never be happy. I didn't write the story. I just put up a link. Why not read all the stories. Good for trivia! LOL. Just kidding. And yeah, she looks like a normal gal in high school that never knew she's be Lady McCartney!

I just wanted to share a few things from Sunday when I attended (sort of) Paul's wedding :'). I'm lucky enough to live near London and this was my first time seeing Paul (and Nancy) in person - hence all the screaming!
That's my video of Paul and Nancy arriving at the wedding - my video is awfully shaky due to my obvious excitement XD And my video of Ringo and Barbara arriving - I'm almost certain that Ringo directs a peace sign at me =D I also went to Paul's house afterwards and saw people such as Mary McCartney, Stella, James, Twiggy, Olivia Harrison and Dhani Harrison... http://i51.tinypic.com/902836.jpg I managed to get a photo of Dhani looking directly at me! I was also quoted in The Times newspaper - ' Hundreds of fans turned up to watch the couple leave the register office, as their family threw confetti. Most were over 40, but some were far younger. Astrid Shapiro, 16, said: ?He?s so amazing in every way it actually hurts.? ' I hope that you enjoyed my little fan insight into Paul's wedding -Astrid xx -
Sounds very exciting. Welcome to the forum, Astrid! Kind regards, Mr. Spock Moderator Notice: Posts have been removed from this thread. Could we please remain on topic, celebrating the marriage of Paul and Nancy. Thank you.

Little shakey but I can relate. NICE pic of Dhani!

Welcome to the board and thanks for sharing. While it was pretty shaking it's always fun to see and hear someone get very excited over seeing a Beatle. It does look like Ringo gave you the peace sign.

i don't know if this was mentioned already, but I was watching The View yesterday and Barbra Walters was at the wedding. She talked about the cermony that Ringo yelled out to Paul "Do you know your lines?" (or something like that) when they were exchanging vows. She said at the reception Nancy and Paul changed into jeans and t-shirt, and that Paul gave a toast (toasting to John cuz it was his 71st birthday), James gave a speech and i think Nancy`s son too. Paul sang a song that he had written just for Nancy called `My Valentine"

I just dont want to hear the details of the honeymoon. Let the mystery remain in tact love doris

That sounds a more plausible title than "I Don't Arf Fancy Nancy" at least!

I wouldn't mind a honeymoon video. I hope to see a pic of them at least once.

I Understand at least one vacation photo but the more private things I think I would prefer they were private love doris

Anybody know where we can hear the special song Paul wrote for his bride?

I bet it's going to be on the "standards" album. ...
