Now if he'd just get a trim.
Maybe we need to get Seinfeld's Elaine Benes to have a chat with Paul. I still crack up at that scene in the show when she tells that physical therapist to update her haircut.
don't remember that one...but I did love the show
It's the one when Wendy Malick played the physical therapist with a really outdated hair-style who made Elaine walk several blocks while carrying a bunch of ski equipment, following a ski trip. After a spat at the doctor's office, Elaine says in her inimitable way: "Oh...and ya' might want to do something about that...hair."
I love Wendy Malick! She was great in Just Shoot Me! and now in Hot In Cleveland.

She's fabulous. All the way. "Nina Van Horne" is an awesome character! Oh, well... ...

Can you imagine Paul today wearing this getup? But it was the height of cool in 1967

Same suit and tie?

Paul tweeted this photo and I tweeted back asking if it was "NEW." Told him I liked the haircut. L]
I think it just isn't mussed up. Please don't tell me that you think you actually tweeted Paul.

I think I need to get a few DVDs of Seinfeld...I don't remember anything.

I dream about him giving me that vest as a gift. Hey, I can dream....

Sorry, folks. Gotta' get in "queen-mode" here for a sec'. I've held out long enough: I'm not certain, but were they fusing psychedelic fashion with Indian clothing in that photo from '67? Regardless, those ensembles -- although a respectable effort, er, let's say attempt -- are a trainwreck. To me, Paul's pants look more like kids' "jammies." And John's coat looks like a fashion-prototype for one of Elvis' jumpsuits, circa '74. The man-bag (don't know its cultural name -- banjara?) is cool! Paul's vest is great! A color photo could change my mind. (just having a little fun, folks )

Of course I don't think Paul reads the tweets. But you never know when one of his minions will think something is worth showing to Paul and asking for his reply!

Same suit and tie?
Yeah, I noticed the similarity too!

Paul changed his trousers here, but same shirt & different vest: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v319/njr/Paul%20McCartney%20and%20The%20Beatles/Beatles_Maharishi_1967.jpg I always loved their psychedelic clothes

I think I had those jammies when I was little! Or were they my curtains?

and he and John are wearing the same shirt. They look like such a couple

They WEREN'T "a couple though" and even always went on separate vacations--Paul and Jane with Ringo and Maureen while John and Cyn went off with George and Pattie, usually I've read that's because in reality John and Paul didn't always get along that great. So they didn't want to vacation together. Of course, you don't know if that's really true--but it's true they were nowhere near being a "couple"...didn't mess around in that way. Not that there's anything wrong with that. I knew you were thinking of your lurid "fan fiction" groups when you wrote that, LOL It's true they all went to the India ashram together. Paul surprised me when he stated they went there that time just to sight see and check out the country, India. I'd ascribed all sorts of noble high-minded lofty spiritual motivations for that trip, such as they'd seen through Western materialism and it felt empty and they needed spiritual revelations and spiritual nourishment, etc. They'd been turned on to the Divine and wanted more. And then Paul went and said that! Just to sight see! (laughs ruefully)
