Relative to the smaller, 2 CD sets of Wildlife and RRS, does anyone know what TARGET is offering. They usually have great "sale" prices especially in the first days of official release. Thanks
Target did not carry Wild Life apparently. I guess it still has the stigma as McCartney's worst album. They only had RRS. Boo.

I've seen great reviews for the Wings Over Europe Live disc!
Can't believe McCartney made the gigantic mistake of not making this a stand alone disc that everyone could buy?! What was he thinking? He should know that any rare live Wings released officially is going to be a very hot item! I hope this same mistake isn't made in the future When he releases Wings last live shows!
Oh and I can't wait to get my hands on Wings Over Europe!

Hello all,
I wrote a review/web article on the Wild Life and Red Rose Speedway 2CD archive editions two nights ago. Here's a link to the article: https://hubpages.com/entertainment/Paul-McCartney-and-Wings-Wild-Life-and-Red-Rose-Speedway-Archive-Collection-2CD-reviews
Thanks,
Marshall
Thanks for the reviews Marshall. Based on your analysis, I will definitely buy the 2 CD versions of both.
You're welcome, BJ.

I just got my 1971-1973 set today and Wings Over Europe was the first thing I listened to and loved it! It comes with a reproduction concert program and a photo book. Next I will watch Bruce McMouse!

Weird things happen...can anybody explain please ?
Wild life renters at 199, RRS at 149 on Billboard. Ok didn’t expect any better in the X- mas market.
BUT WHY ON EARTH IS MCCARTNEY 2 - yeah the 1980 album not the 1970 - REENTERING AT 182 ??????
Have I missed out on something ? A new club mix of Coming up ? A movie featuring Bogey Music ? A new TV Ad featuring Temporary Secretary ?

Paul was so freaking cute in 1972 onstage in the Bruce McMouse Show video!

For those who missed the boat on ordering the now sold out "Wings 71-73 box" the live Wings Over Europe" CD has recently been uploaded to You Tube.
-
On that 71-73 set there is a great version of My Love with Linda singing with Paul.

My favorite song Big Barn Bed! Did you see how short his pants are? LOL!
What a voice!

Sorry, but I hate that live version with her repeating “my love” after him. I love the eventual released version.

During a close up of his legs you can see that the pants were cut off short on purpose! His voice was fantastic back then! He was 2 years younger than my son is now! Ahhh!
-
Oobu, did you ever order the 1971-1973 set from udiscovermusic.com?
ETA: They are sold out again!

Yes, they showed the cut off pants. LOL. Great rock band! Think of all the great groups they were competing with.

Bummer! You should keep checking. Maybe someone will eventually have it (for a reasonable price)

Well, I asked you in a couple threads if you ordered it, but you never answered that you had! Great!

Two FREE downloads to go with the new boxsets!
Hands Of Love and Dear Friend [Orchestra Up] on McCartney's site

I wonder why they didn't include "Henry's Blues" and "Say You Don't Mind" in the "Wings Over Europe" disc? If those two songs were included, the live disc would have a representative of a version every song played during that tour.
