Wow, what a great buy! Too bad they didn't take the 50 million!! The world would have loved to hear them perform live again, even if it was just a few gigs.

Who remembers the artist who did these caricature figures of The Beatles in 1967? Gerald Scarfe, who met Jane Asher in 1971. They had a daughter in 1974, married in 1981, had a son in 1981 and another son in 1984. He is 10 years older than she (born June 1, 1936 in St. John’s Wood) https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gerald_Scarfe

I can't seen them on the post, but Scarfe did The Beatles sculpture for the cover of Time magazine in their 1967 write up on Sgt. Pepper's called The Messengers. He also did the cover for the Pink Floyd The Wall album, and the incredible animation which was used in The Wall concerts and movie.

The damn pics disappeared! I had copied them off Google. It was the Time mag cover and a pic of just the figures. If you Google it and look at Images, they are there.

So, it seems that any photos copied over from Google disappear after 30 minutes, so I downloaded them and put them on Photobucket.
