Chicago, IL, United Center, July 9, 2014 - ARCHIVE

I'm checked into my hotel and leaving work in about 30 minutes! (I just work about 2 miles down Madison from the United Center.)
-
Limo in just before 5pm.
-
Thanks so much for letting us know! I was way too late then. Now I can walk around to Madison where I'll be less weird. Oh well!

Where is the excitement in the great City of Chicago. I went on-line checking both the Chicago Tribune and Chicago Sun Times and neither paper had anything I could find on the concert tonight. I went into the Arts and Entertainment / Music sections and there is zero. Is the buzz for a Macca concert totally gone in the Midwest. I hope I am wrong.
-
Lets hope at midnight when all the papers come out on-line it will be a different story!
-
I feel like it was a bigger deal a few years ago when he was at Wrigley. I think concerts there are a bigger deal in general, because it's more of a novelty. Hopefully there will be good spreads in the papers tomorrow. There were last time.
