This is our first Euro GA show! We have heard that there's a long wait in the queue all day then a dash to the stage - but has anyone here done it before? How early are you/will people be getting around the arena in line? Any tips? So excited!
-
I went to Paris concert in 2009. There were fans queuing in line from around 9-10 am. I didn't want to spend a day in Paris in a queue. Time I decided to join queue late afternoon, it was massive. The rumour I heard was that equipment had been delayed, so fans didn't get into venue at the anticipated time. I'd never seen a line quite so long, ever. It was quite farcical. I suppose the lesson is to get there early. I also did GA in Rotterdam and it seemed much better organised. Hopefully entry to Paris venue has improved since 2009.

Seeing this McCartney concert is smack dab in the middle of UEFA Euros, let's all hope and pray there are no incidents in the city.

Whoops I see the Euros commence on June 10, nevertheless hope all goes smoothly.

Some extra seats have just been released on ticketmaster if anyone still needs them! Got mine, so happy.

Cat 1, section U. Good news indeed, very excited for my first trip to Paris and first time seeing Sir Paul

Enjoy ! For anyone with the HSE/GA package I've got some bad news...I called Eventtravel to inquire about left luggage but they have nothing lined up (and there won't be an option to pop out to give it to someone outside) so be ready for your limited edition numbered lithograph to be crushed if you're in GA. I pointed this out as a bit of an oversight but they didn't have anything else to suggest at this point. They told me I could email enquiries@eventtravel.com which is what I did to ask if something could be figured out, feel free to do it too !
-
Hope everyone has a great time in Paris tonight! Say hi to Paul for me. For those worried about the lithograph, it will be in a cardboard tube. Please post reports!

So what do you think? Same setlist? Maybe he'll play 'Michelle' (as always in France).
-
It's absolutely peeing with rain here in Paris today. I'm in GA standing and will shortly be heading to Bercy to queue up (wait in line). Anyone down there already ?

I'd say it's a given he'll play Michelle. Sadly though, I wouldn't classify that as a surprise.
