What was that song? Too much talk and not enough action? Yeah, that's what this docuentary is shaping up to be, per Jackson. If we're expecting music, there's not that much of it....just lots of talking about making music. The main point seems to be to demonstrate that the group was not breaking up at all....at that point. They were having tons of fun. Full and extended conversations are provided to prove it!!!! I'll wait for the two-hour movie.....which won't be happening. I can imagine the TV critics will have a field day with this one!!! "See and hear The Beatles talk and talk and talk for hours on end."

You'll be waiting forever, because there won't be a 2-hour movie. This is going to be on Disney+ so people can watch all 6 hours of it at their leisure and for me, a film of the Beatles reading the phone book (in "living" color of course) would be fascinating. (I hope you don't take that literally!) Yes, there will be talking, but lots of music too. Why are you being such a Debbie Downer? Give it a chance!

Yeah, you're correct. I have harped on this before. I'll give it a rest.

Absolutely!!! It makes one wonder why the Glyn John's version of the album was rejected...twice. I'm also wondering why "Dont't Let Me Down" was left off the album...all versions of it. John's version sounds fine to me...based on that one song alone. On a related....sorta....matter, I read that Giles Martin...when talking about the latest remix, said he was constantly being asked if the Rubber Soul and Revolver albums were being remixed with the same deluxe treatment everything from Sgt. Pepper and after had received. He said it was not possible to remix them yet. The technology didn't exist to properly seperate the vocals, place the lead in the center, etc. But....if that is all true, how then was the Rubber Soul song..."Nowhere Man" beautifully remixed with John's lead vocal in the center and everything properly placed and it all sounding terrific in the "Yellow Submarine Songtrack" released in 1999??? I mean that song is gorgeous on that album....vastly superior to how it sounds on Rubber Soul. Any thoughts on all this? It kinda seems strange that it would all be so difficult and impossible for those two albums.
