New Macca song called "Get Enough" coming out at midnight

A question on Paul McCartney Fanthology FB page:
Q about 'Get Enough':
What is said under the layers during the brief atmospheric instrumental? Sounds like a woman's voice.Anyone? All I could catch was it sounded like “be all that you can be” at the end of it.

If I could get the damn “You Gave Me The Answer” thing to work, I’d ask Paul! There was another question I had, but now I can’t remember what it was!
Was it... 'Why doesn't the damn "You Gave Me The Answer" thing work?' ?
And yes, I'm still leaning towards the subject of GE being Dot.

Yeah, that was it!
Did you see my post about the spoken words in the middle of GE? Sounds like a woman speaking.

Sadly, that was pretty darn awful.
I love the lyrics, but dislike the music. Maybe it will grow on me, but I doubt it.
Personally, I would rather have horrible lyrcis and love the music if I had to have one or the other. The horrible music IMO just makes me not even care to get into the lyrics - oh well.

To begin with it sounds like Paul speaking and then goes into a womans voice but to be honest I can't make out what is being said.

Paul says "Girl" in "Get Enough" twice, so it's not about his longtime Liddypool mate Lennon. I love these "Scared" style gutwrenching highly emotional piano (plus other instruments too if used) sensitive ballads from him...it's not that often he really lets it all hang out like that. Exhibits his heart and soul, deep emotion. In a way I wish he hadn't briefly used auto tune in this 'cause that gives some an excuse, a reason to complain and criticize. I don't mind it in this song. It seems to augment the atmosphere of a moonlit yet foggy night on the docks and to add to the anguished feeling in his voice. It is somewhat uncomfortable though to hear him suffer so much; one feels sad for him, but can relate to the pain, it's human and universal. As I noted before, this song "Get Enough" is an interesting contrast to "Come On To Me,"a totally different animal--I love that most of his songs sound different from each other, which highlights his genius for melody. Not many artists display such striking, stunning variety. I adore that quality in Paul's music. It's cool he picked this one for the New Year's Day (or Eve?) surprise, his special gift. I think "Get Enough" is beautiful.
It's a great treat to know there are still more unheard jewels from the Egypt Station sessions ! New Paul songs, YEAH !! I tire of hearing "Live and Let Die" for example, and other "greatest hits" for the gazillinth or trillinth time and always long for new songs from Macca.

That article mentions Bon Iver...anyone know him? I just googled him & found this.
edit to add: I just skipped around his show & found 22:22 he is autotuned.

lol. Come on lyric video, these hidden lyrics are driving me mad!

AWFUL SONG! Embarrassing
-
Awful? I tend to disagree. Embarrassing? Not to these ears. I LOVE this song. LOVE. It absolutely explodes in my earbuds and is both explosive, sad, tender, and quite beautiful. Not bad for a 3 minute tune.

There are very few songs by Paul that I hate, but this is one. That said, I can live with the autotune, given that it's clearly used as an effect instead of to repair bad singing. But I just don't like the thing. Now I'm gonna go play Egypt Station and forget I heard it.

Put spaces between lines to hopefully fix! So this means that Ryan Tedder is doing that voice that sounds like a woman?!

Thanks for correctingwhat should have posted correctly as I had it. This site needs some serious repairs.
Not sure who sang that part but as a composer I would assume he wrote or contributed some of the lyrics.

Awww, isn't that nice of him to shoulder some of the blame.

He also could have contributed the lines that you guys think are about Dot.

Weird but - assuming it’s one of the Tedder produced songs - I like it !!!
Much more than Fuh you or the truly awful Nothing for free.
This will be Paul’ s first Top Ten Hit in 30 years !
No, it won't. I'll bet $10,000 on that. Seriously.

I listened again and still heard “be all that you can be!” I wish Paul would reveal what the voice is saying! Some journalist needs to ask him!

Those are so “Liverpool/Paul specific” though. Ryan Tedder was raised near Tulsa, OK. I bet Paul composed most of the words and Ryan did some of the music.
