Was wonderful to see this! The experience of being on the Sullivan show meant so much to him and all the Beatles, and was such a great success, he no doubt will always be appreciative of that.

Hi, forget64 and Leslie. Yes, so delightful and meaningful that Paul would acknowledge the date for fans while driving past the place.
He's played the Sullivan theatre since. Twice for a VH1 special in a 2 day taping Dec 10 & 11th 1992 and again July 15, 2009 for an interview on Letterman and then performing on the theatre marquee.
