I think it’s just an award in Pop Magazine, isn’t it? No ceremony, etc. This is what they wrote about Paul:

Pop Awards 2019: Lifetime Achievement Award
            Winner: Paul McCartney

There is no comparison to the Lifetime Achievement Award recipient, Paul McCartney. His career has seen many iterations, beginning as a founding member of The Beatles, personally living through the British Invasion with his comrades John Lennon, George Harrison and Ringo Starr. Fifty years later, as a classic rock stalwart and two-time Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee, Sir Paul McCartney is still selling out arenas across the globe. With his latest album he returned to the top of the charts proving that his catalogue is indeed timeless. It is especially impressive that his best-selling songs and lyrics can still speak to newer generations that come across his work. Congratulations to Paul McCartney on winning the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Pop Awards 2019!

And, as usual, not one mention of Wings! Really?

"If you want the Beatles, go see Wings"-George Harrison 1974

"This is for all the Wings fans!" - McCartney introducing "1985" for the first time on American soil (Phoenix 2010)

Yeah, compared to The Beatles, Wings is a mere footnote in his career to most journalists.
