So what, you just want Paul to become a stale oldies act so you can see him twice a year?
No, I would love to hear a bunch of obscure songs, as I have previously mentioned. But Paul has said in many interviews that he's always going to perform the songs he believes most people want to hear, which are his "hits". I choose not to be upset about that, since it's not my decision. I'll just enjoy the show.
Bingo again!
My guess (sorry no concrete rumor) is maybe something in Northeast US for late fall or England again in time for Wonderful Christmas Time. I saw him play it in Manchester in December and it's worth the price of admission as they say. Just enjoy the show!! Great Post!!! Can't agree more! We can all hope for our favorite set list but... he is going to perform what"HE BELIEVES MOST PEOPLE WANT TO HEAR WHICH ARE HIS HITS" ! He certainly deserves to play what He wants! If not him then who???So, when can we see his hits again?

So, what tour rumors are there at this point? Anywhere else?
Paul will be performing at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia on Monday, the 17th and Tuesday, the 18th of December. He will be performing Wonderful Christmastime by request for the triplets. Message board moderators and their families will be given tickets somewhere between the 5th and 15th rows.....run with it, Roberto!
Anita, that's the best rumor I've seen since 2010!!
(((Tom))) I thought about you after I made this post. I had a feeling you would like this one! Paul has been good to us in Philly!

But he's even beating the obscure ones to death...I've heard "Mrs. Vandebilt" at EVERY Paul concert I've been to. That's five concerts, spanning three tours. I NEVER thought I'd be complaining about that!
I know! I've heard "Michelle" so many times I actually considered running for a beer when he started it...again..."Mrs. Vandebilt" was fine for one tour, but now it's a staple. And yet "Letting Go" was dropped... :
I'm not trying to de-rail this again...but It's funny you mention Michelle. Because I LOST IT when he played that at Fedex Field!! It's the reason I'm here, well rubber soul AND Michelle...and I SO wish he would play it more often! And Harley- I say ditch em both. OKAY! So how bout dem rumors?!?

That's right! Paul showed you the LOVE in Philly too! Paul LOVES Philly and Philly LOVES Paul!!!

I couldn't have been happier watching the show in Philly, I think it was the first night of 2, maybe 05??, I had a few drinks and I was seeing everything in triplicate! (is that a word)
-
I can't imagine he'd come back to NYC again this year, but I'd travel to interesting places a day or so away by ground. Always looking for compatible roommates too. That we've been treated to so many shows in the northeastern North America in the last few years makes me think he might go south/southwest.

This thread has gotten a bit goofy...
-
I would like Paul to announce some shows at the Royal Albert Hall in 2013.

Me too!

It has gotten goofy here. I think it is because there is really nothing to talk about. All indications are Paul is staying home the rest of the year.

Good--I'm hoping his attention remains on the new album this year, and maybe some one-off shows to promote it early next year.e
