He looks a LOT better than Keef or Mick!
And charges a lot less for people to see him
What?
I was puzzled by that statement, as well. I know that Stones tix can be pricey, but Macca is the king of the box office.
Nonsense Macca's prices are (though at the top end of the scale i'll grant you) very reasonable compared to the stones O2 gig while i've only seen the "bog standard" floor seats at £406 im aware of the £950 pit ticket don't forget that just the base price for the concert if they add a sound check option things could get a bit silly. I'll add this if Paul had announced those prices i rather suspect the outcry would be the same if not worse

Any of you rich Americans please lend me 25 grand. "I need em, man, I need em" http://www.charitybuzz.com/catalog_items/318509

£400 plus for a ticket is way off the scale to see any artist, don't the promoters know there's a recession? :

From the info I can get the top 3 VIP hospitality Stones packages in NJ go from $1850.00 up to $2450.00. I was told there is no sound check and the best seats available ($2450.00) are in the center floor section rows 6 through 10. The 3 packages include food, beverages, and a private entrance. In the $1950.00 per ticket package the seats are located in the loge sections closest to the stage. In all 3 packages laminates and other gifts are included plus a ticket admitting you to some Stones exhibit I believe in New York.

Absolute ripoff! I hope Macca doesn't get any funny ideas about prices from these Stones gig. I'd say for the show we get Maccas normal prices are quite fine. That said, I remember when he announced his 2009 02 gig the prices were at £125. Thankfully, when he returned in 2011 it was at a more sensible price. Anyway, I'm desparet for news on potential gigs soon! The rumour about the liverpool show is encouraging, I just hope he announces a date in london.

I think Paul could tone prices back a little bit. THey have been slowly creeping upward since the mini-tours started. The top seat was $250 average (not talking packages) now it is more like $280 average. I mean, it is Paul and yeah, I'd probably a little more than that to see him at all but, there are very few others I can think of that charge over $200 for a regular ticket, no package. The Rolling Stones obviously, Elton John, The Eagles...

Will be avoiding the RS gigs unless the prices drops, expect their on ebay for a fortune!! : hopefully Paul will add a London show, and not announce it in Dec a week or so before hand.

Last-minute announcements aren't going to make me happy. But neither is the same setlist, haha. Time to focus on 2013...?
