How can I buy tickets for Candlestick? I'm pretty new to the whole ticket-buying process and all those shady ticket websites off Google are confusing me. Any suggestions on a good, safe way to buy them? I want to go sooooo badly! This will be history!!
Yup, ticketmaster.com and there's a page on paulmccartney.com that allows you to buy tickets. However, I don't know how much is left at this late juncture. You need to pay attention to when the sales are and that's your best chance to score tickets. You might get lucky and there could be some left but the choices will be far fewer
The only tickets here on the website showing are VIP, and Ticketmaster is sold out. Ticketsnow.com is a reseller affiliated with Ticketmaster, so they are a reputable "scalper" as repugnant as that sounds. I've bought tickets on Vividseats.com and had no problems. Good luck!
Oh, and as crazy as this sounds, on the eBay ticket website StubHub alone, there are almost 8,000 tickets for sale starting at $116.00!!

A shame Bobby Hebb passed in 2010. It would be a nice touch if songs from the 66 support acts made it to the pre show... Sunny!!!

Since I don't have a ticket, I was thinking of attending for "free" as we did in the 1979 in high school at Candlestick, but the Eucalyptus trees have invaded since then, and the parks closure at 10PM will likely be enforced now. It is a 10-15 minute hike up, but great view of the city Since he probably will start late at 8:30, you would only get to "hear" half the concert. Well the October re-scheduled dates haven taken some lustre of this gig being the last concert on the tour leg.

I am hoping to verify what direction the seats run for field section A2 at Candlestick Park I've seen some previous posts indicating they are running right to left if you are facing the stage. I'm just wondering if that has been confirmed? Any clarification will be greatly appreciated.

Not yet. Crowdsurge is horrible about waiting till the last minute to send tickets out. They normally won't ship them until about 2 weeks before the concert.

Hmm..ok...I seem to remember getting them sooner for the BC Place show and Seattle last year...oh well...just wait I guess!

Nope. Not too worried as we have over a month to go. But I can hardly wait for Aug. 14th!!! Even more excited now that I read about the Albany concert.
