Man, Some Party last night! Wow!!! I kinda remember the gang of us ending up at that curvy thing down by the river, climbing it, then all of us jumping up and down on top. The can of black spray paint, as we climbed back down. Couldn't really admire the work till this morning in the daylight, though! Podgie (I will always have great memories of St Louis!) Monkey

I know that this is not the place to talk about setlists, but a friend of mine had a comment, and it seems more appropriate here. She said, "Why didn't Paul play his song 'Missouri' here?" I thought for a few seconds and said, "Maybe because he doesn't have a song called 'Missouri'?" She started singing "Misery" Podgie (I had to laugh) Monkey

For those that attended the St. Louis concert yesterday, do you know what the first Wings song that Paul played was? He even specifically mentioned that it was the first Wings song of the night.. He was on the piano. Any help is greatly appreciated!

45 seconds into this video you hear me mention Missouri as misery to JimmyMcCullochFan, who was at last nights show, he lives in St Louis, while he was visiting London in March.

audi:
I have seen Paul four times now. And -- believe me -- he never sang better in the previous three concerts than he did tonight. The man brought it tonight. That was the biggest surprise for me: He was Paul McCartney in nearly top vocal form. The show was short on setlist surprises, however, "Birthday" in the first encore was very unexpected.
I have to agree with my main man Audi, who I finally got to meet last night. Paul's vocals were top form last night--he even nailed Magical Mystery Tour, which I think has been sounding pretty raggedy the few times I've heard him open with it. I think the vocal rest did him good, and I overheard some folks on the shuttle ride back to Maggie's saying that after the Olympics, they were worried about how he'd sound, but that he blew them away last night. I also heard some Paul newbies next to me remarking that they were just SHOCKED that Paul played Live and Let Die. I very nearly leaned over to them and say that I was blown away that he played Hey Jude...

Sounds like an incredible night AND basically an UP YOURS to all the people who think Paul should stop performing because his voice is so rough. Maybe he has had some vocal training as a result of all the critiscm.

Junior's Farm is the first Wings song of the current setlist. Nineteen Hundred And Eighty Five is the song he introduces at the piano "for the Wings fans".

Did Paul hop back on the piano for My Valentine? Or did he play it acoustic?
