What do you all think of the tour litho? Is this Paul coming to the end of the Long and Winding Road?

Picked one up at the Fort Worth show last week: not sure what to make of the imagery still... the concert didn't feel like "the end of any Long and Winding Road" but, still...

I said this months ago.  This is the last major tour of the world.  He finishes up in a few weeks in NJ, and then he will tour Euro, SA, etc.  We might get an occasional show here and there, but the big tours are over.  See him while you can, not many shows left.  The man is 80.

Maccaroni1974, you never answered me!  You said "It's over!" on May 7th. *confused*

Agreed. I'll keep holding out hope for one more, just as I did after we saw him in 2019... This is the 20th anniversary of this band, so I really think you are right that this is the last tour of the world and will carry on in the autumn and maybe early 2023. (I'd also be happily wrong on that guess!)

With Covid cases on the rise again throughout Europe, I don't really see an insurer underwriting an arena tour in the winter months, unfortunately.

Apparently, at Glastonbury he said that it was the last night of the Got Back tour.  That surprised me as I thought it would continue with UK/European, and South American dates.  Perhaps these will occurr in the autumn as part of a newly named tour?

Maybe so, and also putting the finishing touches on deluxe Londontown and Back to the Egg.  Let's hope

If he actually said it on stage (is it part of the video?), then it seems that there are no more dates scheduled this year. Any additional 2022 shows (anywhere) would have been already scheduled by now, and it would just be a matter of publicly announcing them.

Almost September and no dates for anywhere announced.  Possible reason-increasing talk of sky-jhigh energy costs in UK/Europe as a by-product of the Ukraine War.  Financial networks on cable TV discuss energy rationing, evening brown-outs, recession.  Not a positive backdrop and perhaps large events in the evening dependent on electricity will be limited and discouraged.
