Bob Gannon:
joyce:
But the Wells Fargo Center is booked.. June 19th New Kids on the Block June 25th Rush and June 27th Imagine Dragons
But not 20th, 21st, 22nd , 23rd and 24th at Wells Fargo Didn't look at Phillies schedule
I posted earlier in the thread that the Phillies are not going to be at Citizens Bank Park June 23rd or the 24th. And for that matter, they are not there June 22nd or 25th.

Flyers and 76ers are out of playoffs so Wells Fargo could easily be it with the open dates, although I'd only expect one show

Bob if you don't mind Check your PMs

Even if Philly is a real possibility, can't see him doing June 20 at Wells Fargo - that would be a day after Firely.

Guess I'm the only one who thinks he should take a break from touring in the Americas this year. He's gone back to this well too often. I was chatting with some friends of mine who are casual Beatles/Paul fans and the subject of Paul possibly touring here came up and the general reaction was: "Again? Wasn't he just here?" Nobody seemed all that psyched. Absence makes the heart grow fonder.

It's just too lucrative of a market for him to skip completely. I can see him cutting back in terms of the amount shows he does in the States (he seems to be doing that already), but never skipping it over entirely.

I disagree Michelle, he can easily sell out shows as many times as he wants to dip into that well. Been doing it every year since 2009 with he exception of shorty in 2012. He looks to be very absent in US this year but that could be due to plenty of factors. And we still don't know if the fall/ winter will bring shows I hear possible announcement coming this week so it's wait and see

It's been five years since Philly, so no, we're not tired of him here. June 21st-23rd would be great for me, 24th not so much.

You know there's something cookin' when this thread has jumped two pages since your last read... What's the rumor source for the Philly show(s)? And Hartford/Raleigh? -Rubber Soul13

Philly seems pretty solid, Hartford/Raleigh not so much

Great to know. Why so much certainty all of a sudden I'm wondering? -Rubber Soul13

I just scored Stones tickets for Pittsburgh on June 20th. So hopefully Philly won't be the same date!

He most likely won't play Philly on the 20th. Firefly is the day before (June 19th).

Perfect, thanks.
-
Good luck, I hope a few US shows will be announced soon.

Reports in some papers that Paul was going to be in the Concert at the VE Day Celebrations on May 9th, at Horse Guard Parade, I think it was all paper talk now as he isn't officially mentioned on the Govt website. Does anyone know otherwise, please.
