How about June 21, 23 and 25 for these, and then a few more between July 20-29?
That sounds perfect! I could do Philly and VA!
So, are you going to both concerts? I hope it has worked out for you. If I had to guess, I would say a couple more US concerts during the week before (or after) Lollapalooza.

I'm really happy for all you folks who will be able to see him this summer! Hope you'll have loads of fun! I wonder why he never tours Germany anymore...we're one of the biggest markets in Europe?! Unfortunately I can't afford to travel to London, France or the Netherlands for shows. Been a fans for all my life (30 years plus) and really hope he'll tour closer to me next year so I can finally see him before he'll stop touring.
To be fair, 4 of the 8 Good Evening Europe '09 shows were in Germany and there was another one in Cologne in 2011, and this is only the first tour that Germany doesn't get to see as of yet.
-
I agree Germany has been included the past few times he did Europe. Unfortunately you suffer the same fate as other Eyropean cities, he hasn't toured there in awhile

Doesn't sound like I said no other shows at all
I guess we interpret your phrase differently. Not worth arguing about, anyway. Live and let live!

The presale for Virginia is tomorrow morning...we'll see! My grandmother will be joining me in Philly for her 6th macca show...and my girlfriend will be going down to Virginia with me for her first!

I agree...I think a couple US Shows after Chicago. I know Resch Center in Green Bay has tried to get him in the past so I could see that as a possibility as I don't think Paul has ever played there.

The Resch Center is kind of small. It's about the same size a Mohegan Sun, which I wish he'd play. I would venture to say we could see a show in Denver - Pepsi Center Oakland - Oracle Arena Anaheim - Honda Center Providence - Dunkin' Donuts Arena Hartford - XL Center East Rudford - Giants Stadium/Izod Center Sunrise - BB&T Center Tampa - Amalie Arena Columbus - Nationwide Arena Cleveland - Quicken Loans Arena NYC - Madison Square Garden Detroit - Comerica Park Auburn Hills - The Palace of Aubrun Hills Arlington - Cowboys Stadium Birmingham - BJCC Arena Grand Rapids - Van Andel Arena Baltimore - Camden Yards/M&T Bank Stadium/Royal Farms Arena Des Moimes - Wells Fargo Arena Wichita - Intrust Bank Center Iowa City - Carver?Hawk Eye Arena Huntsville - Von Braun Center Biloxi - Mississippi Coast Colisseum Portland - Moda Center Vegas - MGM Grand Garden Arena Toronto - ACC Center I feel that at least a few from this list will turn up on the map

Denver seems most likely to me... Baltimore had no chance of happening before...and it certainly isn't happening now!!!

Out of this list I think the most likely to happen near Lolla are: Detroit (not since 2011) Des Moines, IA (not since 2005) Denver (not since 2010?) somewhere in Ohio (not since 2011) All of these are major or secondary markets fairly close to Chicago that Paul hasn't hit in 4+ years. Be cool to see Madison or Green Bay WI too!!

Correct, you kept saying "few if any" further shows. So we got a few! Congratulations on your retirement, by the way.

In defense of Bob Gannon, it is possible McCartney changed his mind and told his people to add some shows, maybe a change in a personal schedule, who knows?
-
Good luck to all the fans on the pre-sale for Virginia and South Carolina!! Hope it goes much smoother than the Philly one!!

Resch Center is similar to Santa Ana Star Center in Rio Rancho just outside of Albuquerque: Resch Center http://www.worldstadiums.com/stadium_pictures/north_america/united_states/wisconsin/green_bay_resch2.jpg Santa Ana Star Center http://nationswright.com/img/projects/1348874040.jpeg

About twenty pages back, I mentioned a couple articles in our local paper about the possibility of Paul playing here, including comments from a local promoter who's apparently tried to make this happen three years running. Well, last Sunday another columnist chimed in: http://www.idahostatesman.com/2015/04/26/3771606_dear-paul-please-come-to-boise.html?rh=1 Interestingly one of the comments following the article is from a friend of the promoter who says that he is "THIS close to inking the deal". If he hits us this summer, I'm sure some other cities out West would be likely.
