Paul McCartney 2015 Rumors

5th-beatle:
Actually, the Firefly lineup and Paul's Japanese tour dates may be announced very soon.
I agree about Firefly - I found an article which mentions that they have confirmed a couple of bands already (Spoon, Run the Jewels and a couple of others I haven't heard of), with the rest of the lineup being announced this week.
5th-beatle:
Those are the dates and venues I've seen mentioned so far, but I don't know which ones will be confirmed.
No, we still must wait!

Pretty Close but not the same as the ones Carlos shared : Let's wait for the final dates. Also the ones in May with the Latin America shows. Paul is changing from the BIG stadiums to the medium size arenas, wonder if it has something to do with the fact that the cancelled japanese tour was not sold out. April 18 Dome April 19 Dome April 22 Dome April 25 Dome April 26 Dome April 29 Budokan of course each Dome is from a different City in Japan, except for the 25 & 26 that are from the same city.

I'm doubting the Nagoya Dome date. That's the same day as the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction, and Paul has already said that he'll be there to induct Ringo.

Very True, the ones Carlos shared are more accurate. These rumored dates were from before Hall of Fame news on Ringo.

The Osaka date would not work, either, due to the time difference ...when it is April 18 in Cleveland, it will already be April 19 in Japan.

Now that there is a new song out, what are the odds of Paul joining Rihanna and Kanye West onstage? And who would like to see that?
I still have nightmares about Paul in a white tux b**tard Yesterday in the company of some rap dudes at the Grammys one year. ...so it's a NO from me.
Here ya go!
Still cringeworthy nine years later.
-
I didn't cringe at that...I enjoyed it, thought it was cool when I saw it on t.v. that year

Such yin & yang on this list... : Yes it will be great for Rihanna because the article says she is making a comeback & this will help her. 'Rihanna's seriously pleased to have bagged a big slot at The Grammys and two huge names to kick off her comeback. 'Paul McCartney's a Grammys regular and it will give Rihanna serious kudos to have a Beatle backing her on stage. It is going to be a huge Grammys moment.'

Let's put our lists together and see the result: April 21: Osaka April 23: Fukuoka or Nagoya April 25 and 26 or 27: Tokyo Dome April 29: Budokan

Carlos...any rumors regarding S. Korea?

The local classic rock station has been plugging this Major concert announcement by the mayor tomorrow at 10:30am... http://www.baltimoreravens.com/news/article-1/Major-Concert-Announcement-At-MT-Bank-Stadium/dd69227f-891b-46d5-8861-2e69fb511160 I'm thinking it may be Billy Joel because he often does this kind of stuff...BUT...anyone out there think our guy could finally be coming to Baltimore? It would make sense with this Firefly rumor being announced this week...and considering that's a location that he hasn't ever played before and neither is this...I just know it's gonna be good! Or...it'll be the stones and I'll be sorely disappointed

I haven't seen anything about it yet, but hopefully it's still part of the tour.

http://www.independent.co.uk/arts-entertainment/music/news/grammys-2015-rihanna-reported-to-perform-with-kanye-west-and-paul-mccartney-10007448.html This article says reports are unconfirmed about the Grammy appearance, and Rihanna's people haven't responded. Still not mentioned on the official Grammy site. But we do know that George Harrison will be getting a Lifetime Achievement Award that night, so it's a good bet Paul will be there.
