Paul McCartney 2015 Rumors
-
There HAS to be more to it than just England and France. I would guess he will go directly into the European tour from Korea and spend May touring Europe, ending on June 11th and then probably straight to the states...I have a feeling he'll spend his birthday in NYC, then the 19th at Firefly with the US dates cropping up after that...probably NYC first.

Paul McCartney au Nouveau Stade Vélodrome
Would someone who speaks French please translate what the announcer is saying? Maybe there's info regarding ticket sales.

The YouTube caption translation is rough, but I saw a March 13th date pop up for ticket sales, I think.

Nice find, yes it says tickets will be on sale starting on the 13th.

Thank you! If so, that means UK ticket sales will begin on Monday (probably the pre-sale, followed by regular sale on Tuesday/Wednesday), followed by France on Friday. Now we just need precise details regarding the date and website to buy them.

The guy just says that Paul will play for one night only in marseille and all the stuff like "Don't miss it" ... + 1 night at Le Stade de France ! Tickets on sale on March 13th (Friday)

Yep, two stadiums, a brand new one in Marseille, capacity=57,000 and Stade de France, where he played once in 2004.

Yeah, but since the baffling way of organizing since 2013 with the huge stadiums it's good to see there's hope after all.

How fast/easy/cheap is it to travel between those two cities in France?

How nice! I bet both concerts will sell out easily, then.

Haha, don't be too optimistic. Will depend on the ticket price, and whether it's general admission standing or not. Though I promised myself I will never visit something bigger than an arena (which is already pushing it) for a gig ever again, I might get one of these dates in after all, if the latter will be the case.
