Two of Us from Let It Be because most of it is harmonized and it doesn't strive for epic high notes like on Blackbird.
Open with Coming Up to get everybody moving.-Aint happening
Drop Here Today for the sake of his voice.-See above.

You are probably correct in that what I tossed out won't fly but I imagine you are like many here that are "looking for changes" in the set list, even if you know it is wishful thinking!

I would bet a fairly substantial bit of money the only changes will be 2-3 songs from "McCartney III" and probably a Beatle song he has not done as a new opener. I understand people posting their "wishlist" for his setlist because I know I have done it many times but once again we know it is not happening.

I know this will never happen but I would so love it if Paul did a show consisting 100% of his goofiest, wackiest tunes from all eras. Maybe open with You Know My Name Look Up the Number, follow with Morse Moose and the Grey Goose, etc., etc. The casual fans who constitute most of his live audience would be utterly befuddled, but I'd be grinning from ear to ear.

That would be so much fun Bruce, I would also be happy and grinning from ear to ear...Wow

That would be funny and great but I am willing to bet Paul does not even remember he did those songs -lol.

OT - My 30 something daughters wanted to see Bon Jovi and asked my wife and I if we wanted to go, we said sure and the concert was last night. Seats were in upper level but only 4 rows back and cheap, "Ticketmaster" charge was upsurd. We went to nice Chinese place (Soho Bistro) in Charlotte we loved before the show, glad they survived the lockdown because bunch of restaurants did not make it. The show was great and we had a blast, couple of things Paul should take notice of (lol) that Bon Jovi did last night.
First, the opening song (Limitless) was from their latest album (2020) and not one of the big hits. The crowd enjoyed it and it did not destroy the excitement of the show starting. Repeatedly during the show, Jon Bon Jovi went to area to grab bottle of water and take a drink. The show was 2 hours before encore which was maybe 5-10 minutes. Older artists can do shorter show to help their voice and crowd will be fine. You don't need to do almost 3 hours.
Just figure I would share these thoughts.

That is probably quite true. Paul doesn't usually play his own music so he probably does forget most of it. I personally love Single Pigeon and that would be a nice song for Paul to play live. But the reality is that he probably spent half an hour writing it, a few hours recording it......and fifty years later would have no reason to remember it.

My wild guess is he'll open the concerts with I Want To Hold Your Hand.

That would be cool - or All My Loving which was the 1st song they sang on The Ed Sullivan Show.

I have been genuinely surprised over the years that he's never opened with So Glad To See You Here.

Other than in 1979-80, has Paul ever done anything from Back to the Egg live? Not in my recollection. He seems to want to forget that the last 2 Wings albums ever happened.

It does appear that way. I can't think of anything either from those albums. Paul's recording career can be roughly summed up as being: eight years with the Beatles, nine years with Wings and forty three years as a solo artist. Its going to be interesting to see how his new setlist is going to reflect that Beatles/Wings/Solo ratio? Out of every ten songs performed, that should roughly work out as seven solo songs......and one and a half Beatles & Wings songs each.

Somebody posting on FB they'd like to hear at least one of these songs done live by Paul

A long time ago someone at my workplace asked me if I could do my job sleeping ... that job back then had a lot of doing the same type of things ... just a different day ..
like Paul and his set list ...
hopefully it makes him happy to share it ...

As I imagine you know, Mull of Kintyre is from the Londontown sessions.
as for Back to the Egg, we do know at least one song has stayed on his mind over the decades, Baby's Request on 2012's Kisses

They disappeared as usual - the 30 minute rule! I found the post! They were Monkberry Moon Delight, Oh! Darling, Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey, Goodbye, Sally G, Giving Grease A Ride, Helen Wheels, Get On The Right Thing, The Man Who Found God On The Moon and Martha My Dear.
Snowball's chance in hell he'll do any of those!
