                          Great! How are you jl4761? My favorite "Beatles period" is probably the middle years (so hard to choose though!). Revolver was always my favorite album. -Rubber Soul13

                                Sorry, I have to disagree! I hated John's long stringy hair then! To me, they looked the coolest during Sgt. Pepper.

                                    Great choices! In my opinion the White Album is the perfect Beatles "sampler." The number of unique styles and sounds that the Beatles packed into that album is amazing. From the hard rocker "Helter Skelter" to the light-hearted "Piggies" to the singalong "Ob-La-Di" to the beauty of "Blackbird"...the list goes on.

                                            Don't get me wrong, I wasn't criticizing the Beatles for having uniform look. I think what they did were natural and appropriate for its time.
