Allen Klien wanted to make 25% off of the Beatles, if Paul signed the contract with John, George and Ringo. But Paul suggested 20%, "We're a big group. 20%"
The quote was 20% and Paul said "We're a big act. He'll take 15!!" Of course Paul was proved correct in his evaluation of Allen Klein. He was a crook. See below. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allen_Klein Mr. Klein was convicted of tax fraud in 1979 and served two months in prison for failing to report income from sales of promotional records, according to the Associated Press. http://www.nytimes.com/2009/07/05/arts/music/05klein.html?_r=0
No. According to CBS News that McCartney gave an interview to, three members wanted to approve a 25% management agreement with Klien. Paul suggested 20.
Nah, I recall Paul saying quite firmly that he wanted to give Allen Klein 15%. The CBS thing you're referring to is 48 Hours (before it became the weekly which-spouse-killed-the-other? mystery show).
That's right, and PAUL said it. Now if Apple, the lawyers, and Klien's estate has it different like 15% then fine. But Paul stated 20 against 25. Eppy made 20%.
(skip ahead to around 46:50):
Alright.

I protest calling Eppy the 5th Beatles. I suggest they change the title to "The Screwed Beatles." Why? Because he screwed the Beatles......outta 20% here and there and each. One 20%!! That's all! Not 20% outta John, Paul, George and Ringo! He was making 80% total! I know, I know, in the print version of "The Beatles Anthology" by The Beatles, Paul stated that Brian was a lovely man, but a bad business man! Yes, BAD! Col. Tom Paker made 50% off of Elvis. Allen Klien wanted to make 25% off of the Beatles, if Paul signed the contract with John, George and Ringo. But Paul suggested 20%, "We're a big group. 20%"

Beatles Get a Mindblowing Tribute
http://music.yahoo.com/news/beatles-mindblowing-tribute-170052297-rolling-stone.html Beatles tribute shows have been happening since the band stopped playing, but many veer on parody, with moptop costumes and failure to execute the band's complex studio arrangements live. Every Thanksgiving weekend in the Northeast, there?s an exception: More than two dozen of New England's top artists gather for Beatles Night, an arena-size set leaning heavily on late-period songs the Beatles never attempted in concert, with stacked harmonies and full horn and string sections.

Freaky? I feel sorry for Glenn Frey of the Eagles. Dennis Wilson (of The Beach Boys) looks like him. Without the beard. http://sachsmedia.com/rockheaven/

From the Family That Actually Lived There.... http://gma.yahoo.com/blogs/abc-blogs/12-ferris-bueller-fun-facts-family-actually-lived-214206093--abc-news-lifestyle.html Ferris Bueller, one of the most iconic movie characters ever, certainly had a great time playing hookie from high school after lying in bed pretending to be sick. This was the movie that reissued TWIST AND SHOUT (1962) by The Beatles back in 1985. Got as high as No. 2 on the Billboard charts.
If I recall correctly, various members from within the Beatle circles (not sure if this included any of the former Beatles themselves) were upset that the Beatles recording modified with the inclusion of brass instrumentation
Paul was.
