I always wondered where that Caribbean photo was originally from and what the date on it was.

RE: Paul trending on Facebook right now
Exactly and I am sure they are armed.
And March for Our Lives was about sensible gun control, such as closing the loopholes that allow minors to buy guns, not taking guns away from trained and license professionals like law enforcement or security professionals who use them in their work. Only crazy gun nut alt-righters have equated sensible gun control with "they're trying to get rid of all guns forever!" I like people with guns to be adults who've had training and licensure to handle deadly weapons, not kids who bought them without restrictions thanks to Republicans refusing to regulate gun shows.

RE: Brian Epstein bio will feature original Beatles songs
This article is somewhat misleading. This project secured the right to use cover songs (as many other shows and movies had done), not Beatles recordings (which is rare and would be news). Also this "movie" (which is now apparently a TV series?) has been promoting itself for years and years now and still lacks a script or director or to start pre-production. I doubt it will ever see the light of the day.

RE: If you could ask Paul just one question, that you've never seen an answer to, what would it be?
Paul addressed the name question in one of his website "You Gave Me The Answer" Q&A's. He said, "It’s a strange story! I was told that it was because if letters arrived at the house for James McCartney, you wouldn’t know whether it was my Dad - that was James McCartney - or me, James McCartney. So that worked until they called my brother - whose name was Peter Michael McCartney - Michael!? And there was no Peter in the house to confuse him with! So I’ve ended up thinking it was rather Irish! I’ve no idea! My mum was Irish – and I don’t know, maybe there’s just some old thing where they call you by your second name. Nobody ever called me James, it was always Paul!”

RE: Newark, NJ/Prudential Center/Sept 11 & 12 - CONFIRMED
Nancy lost a nephew in the 9/11 attacks so I'm sure it was an emotional night for her.

RE: Where's Paul been lately?
Nancy R:
puppywhimpers:
That does not look like Nancy to me.
Nancy was on the other side. That woman is Nancy's sister Susan. It was a Shevell family dinner. Last weekend Paul also dropped his grandson (Mary's eldest) off at college in Connecticut. Arthur is attending Yale. Paul happily gave out hugs and handshakes to several students who approached him while he was helping settle Arthur into his dorm, per the lucky kids' social media.

RE: I met the former Mrs McCartney!
She cheated then physically assaulted the official who caught her. That violates the Olympic spirit and just general good sportsmanship, not to mention just basic human decency. She deserves nothing.

RE: Glen Campbell and Paul
Paul's cameo in the documentary about Glen lasts about 15 seconds. It shows Paul greeting Glen backstage at the Grammys and telling him, "I was rocking out to 'Rhinestone Cowboy'!" (which Glen played on the show.) Paul then said, "I just wanted to come back and tell you how much I love you!" It was sad because Glen clearly didn't remember who Paul was, though he was perfectly polite and warm.

RE: Paul's new album and promotion
Ringo's release date doesn't matter at all to Paul's. Ringo 2012 and KOTB were released a week apart. Ringo's albums are, in reality, no competition to anybody, much less Paul. In the past 20 years, Ringo's highest charting album was Vertical Man at #61 (US album charts). His last album barely entered the chart (#99). Not even Beatles fans buy Ringo's albums. In contrast, Paul's last three albums hit the top 5. The fourth oldest, Chaos and Creation, hit #6. Of Paul's last six original albums (so excluding Run Devil Run and KOTB) the only one that didn't make the top ten was Driving Rain (#26), which was Paul's worst charting album since Press to Play.

RE: British Bake Off Uses Frog Chorus!
It was Debenham's department store in the UK (Christmas 2014), and they also used "We All Stand Together."
