2nd Out There Leg
-
So when do you think it will happen? Where do you think it will be? Do you think it will be the same legnth as this one? Or back to the one off legs...

I am not sure. It depends on Bea's schedule, I imagine. If he keeps with the current scale and regularity of shows (a tour), then I hope he visits Australia, New Zealand and Japan. It's been too long for them. And of course, Horsens.
-
I bet he will perform at least once in the UK later this year.
-
Id be surprised if there isn't a European jaunt later this year with maybe a tour to more exotic climes next year but i assume it'll depend on the little one,and rightly so.
-
Considering how much he is touring now, I wonder if that is a reason anymore. Unless there is come legal issue, it seems to really depend on Paul and whether he wants to or not. After this many shows, will he want to do as many starting in, say, September? I predict he will be pretty tired, or satisfied, and will take a break until next year some time.

I'd like to think you're right!

He says in the Out There Tour Program he hopes to put the new album out this year, so that would probably be this fall. He also said he wasn't ready to do any new songs live yet. So I'm guessing the second leg will be after the new album is released.

Being right or wrong here has no value. It is just a prediction that may or may not happen.

Which is predicated on McCartney doing things logically. Which he often does not do. Paul may release a new CD in September, then tour in April 2014 to promote it. Remember MEMORY ALMOST FULL?
-
At this point in the game he's clearly not going to change the setlist very much if any to accommodate a new cd surely? if that's the case i'd be feeling mightily ticked off if i'd paid a lot of money in the states to see him.

Remember MEMORY ALMOST FULL?
Remember HEATHER MILLS? His divorce delayed the promotion.

I was thinking the same thing. But I still think his in-store promo-gigs and other smaller shows were the best thing for that album.

Yeah, that all seemed to work nicely, and yes, Heather Mills was around. All I am saying is if, as someone ELSE has already said, Paul's voice starts to show strain, he may take a few months off. We still do not have a concrete release date for his new CD. And there are no signs of new dates being added in Aug or Sep. It wouldn't be the end of the world. Or not the end of MY world!

hmmm cool but we'll see what happens hope this comes true

For all we know, Paul will announce a new string of dates in July. Has McCartney's camp actually SAID anywhere there will be a second leg of this tour?
-
if not maybe this should be in the rumor thread.

I agree. At this point, it is all conjecture.

I'll take those odds!

Let's let Paul and the fans get through this first leg first.
