"SAVE a lot"???? what is that supposed to mean?
Maybe that there will be lots of shows to choose from, for those that like to see Paul more than once? So money for tickets and travel needs to be saved.
That's probably what he meant.

He will not come to Baltimore, at least not this year. Royal Farms Arena is a dump. The building is the original Baltimore Civic Center where the Beatles played in 1964 and maybe about 10% of the interior has changed since then. The biggest name we've had in the past ten years was Elton John, and I think that was a fluke. M&T Bank Stadium would be possible however, after the Metallica concert in May, it is undergoing major refurbishing throughout the summer...so I'd count that out this year. Camden Yards hasn't held a concert in my lifetime that I'm aware of and I don't see that trend shifting now. After ruling out those three "venues" (if you even want to call them that)...I don't see where he'd play in Baltimore or even nearby without calling it DC, and it's much too soon after doing two nights at Verizon Center last year.
Two points: 1) You've had other big name artists play the Royal Farms Arena: Eagles, Stevie Wonder, Prince, Garth Brooks, (all in 2015) and others, so you can't necessarily rule it out. 2) Paul played Philadelphia back to back in 2015 and 2016, so you can't necessarily count out Baltimore. His touring patterns can be somewhat difficult to predict, so you never know!
Philly is a totally different animal. Paul has had nothing but success there his entire career...I still think it's totally weird he visited two years in a row, but I don't think its a totally fair comparison considering he has basically avoided Baltimore like the plague since the first US tour.
Again... you never know! He returned to Vancouver after a nearly 50 year absence when he played there in 2012.

Steve's good for taking info from this site and regurgitating it on his own...looks like he's at it again.

It is the fans on the run page so many of those who are on there travel and go to multiple shows so when any time a Paul tour is coming, it's smart to start saving your pennies. This will be no different, start saving your pennies!!!! Lol! And say a little prayer that the tour lands near you!

First happy easter! Any new hints about single and album release dates? Your guess? 2nd question....as based in Europe do you expect any shows in Europe, if yes, autumn, winter or earlier....do you think new tour leg is more like up and coming style, means here and there? Chees

u find some answers on the last 1-2 pages. Here is one:

I tend to doubt a new tour name. One on One tour is still quite new with not all that many shows under it's belt. I don't know if they would re-brand so quick

for sure, always hopeful that he comes nearby. But pennies are being saved because I will travel also.

I travel too! Glad I held off putting in any vacation time from work as I base my time off around McCartney concerts
-
well I sure am excited now! Question is, how long will we be waiting for the announcements!?!? I can't play this waiting game much longer!
-
Rumors getting stronger about a McCartney concert in Manaus during the first half of October. It would be his first visit to the Amazon region. Apparently the local government has been contacted about it and Paul's manager has been studying that possibility since 2013.

I'm guessing two or three weeks give or take. At least the beginning since he never announces all at once

Do we know why he chooses to not announce all at once? Does any other artist do it this way? Any idea on timing of actual shows? May | June | July | August? If we get an announcement after or close to his end of April shows in Japan, then we are looking at 4-6 weeks before first show... so potentially end of May? early June?

1. I have no clue why he does this, it makes everyone go crazy and no other artist I know does it like this. Doesn't mean nobody else does, just nobody I know 2. Yes, but would be completely disrespectful to the artist on his board to answer 3. See answer #2............sorry

Garth Brooks has been touring for the last year or so... and he's been announcing one city at a time, every couple weeks or so. And Prince, before he passed, also used to trickle out dates in a similar fashion to Paul. (And with Prince, the shows were VERY short notice... sometimes it would be 'tickets on sale Monday', and then the show itself on Friday.)

I'd think we can rule out the month of May. If we're looking at 2-3 weeks for an announcement, it won't be until the beginning of May that dates BEGIN to get 'out there'...and we know they'll dribble out...talk about disrespectful...THAT is disrespectful.
