Excellent show. I would rate it better than the 2014 show at Philips. Macca was in better voice than i was expecting. This is the smallest venue I have seen him in (11,500 capacity vs 20,000 for Philips). I think that helped the crowd as they were really into the concert. I was in the last row (D) of the second level, but only about 30-40 ft from stage. Would easily have been a $175+ ticket in a larger arena. Besides the young lady pictured above, he also had a family of 4 in full Pepper uniforms on stage. Adorable young girl who said she was nervous (Macca said so was he) and a special needs son who Macca let play his bass. Was glad to get the concert list I did as I had not seen Letting Go live and haven't seen Birthday since 1990.

I said this on here many years ago, but Paul and the Beatles basically kept me sane as a gay adolescent in the early '70s. Seriously, listen to how many songs are, one way or another, about being different and that being okay -- Fool on the Hill, She's Leaving Home, Too Many People, and on and on. The lines "Too many people preaching practices/Don't let 'em tell you what you want to be" almost literally saved my life.

________________________________________________________ Bruce as you know, Paul has always done terrific songs on the whole "different" subject. Two solo songs that come to mind are: Friends to Go She's Given Up Talking from Driving Rain
