He'll be in Israel in May to collect his prize, so maybe he'll add a concert there? What do you think? Hopefully
Maybe a special show with a few songs

Hello everybody out there! Still nothing new about 2018 tour? We even didn't know what continent will he choose, but Australia was in December, before South and North America.. It's time for Europe? 2 years without a single show. I am wondering if, when he will play there. The Rolling Stones will be touring by the May-July in Europe, especially in UK, so I hope he want think that it will be colliding or something and resign from touring this year here. C'mon write your guesses and give this place some life

I don't think he will be in Europe at the same time as the Stones. Maybe Paul will play there in September or October.
As Australia was in December, I think he is going to start a few months later this time (middle of May?) in order to rest a little more. We can't forget that he is finishing his new album, then I hope "One on One" is over and in 2018 we have another tour with the new songs.Probably we gonna see some shows around the US in July. I think he will be playing in Europe by the end of the year and South America at some point, since there is the new song "Brazil" (Macca's crew filmed a clip for the song when he was in Salvador last year).
In 2017 he announced the July US shows at the end of April. We still have time until the rumors begin to surface.

I hope he is coming to Europe again and releases his album soon, can't wait! And I do think it won't be long before we actually hear something. I think this because of the recent facebook post asking you to sign up for the newsletter. They want to make sure as much people as possible know about an upcoming tour or something. It's my logic and I don't know if it makes any sense, but it at least it got me in an optimistic Macca mood Let's keep our ears and eyes open!

Today's Milwaukee paper has detailed all the acts scheduled so far at the new arena and they finish off by saying the opening act is still to be announced perhaps by next month now so still maybe a glimmer of hope...???
On another subject...I hope we hear soon of any potential European dates otherwise the Stones and U2 may steal everyones discretionary Euros this summer and Fall!
-
A local News on Uruguay reports that Paul will be playing in South America on September
-
Yesterday on Uruguayan Tv they said Paul could come to South America on September. He'd visit Brazil, Uruguay,Chile and Perú. I hope this will be true
-
It's that time of year again... March usually seems to be a hopeful month in the Maccaworld. Hoping some negotiations are in the works and news starts to trickle out soonish!
I'm sure there will be a US tour .. just a matter of where. My personal hopes are for Pittsburgh to be a stop in the states.. it's been a few years!

Yes, this quote from that newspaper story is very interesting: ahead of a grand opening show in late August or early September. Details are expected to be announced next month. So yes, I would say that's a glimmer.

And given that Paul seems to announce his summer/Fall shows around this time makes the timing more interesting...

Here is the latest press article from Chile. I'll translate just a few more relevant passages, as it's quite long:
http://culto.latercera.com/2018/03/07/negocian-regreso-paul-mccartney-al-nacional/
"Today, several South American producers are exploring the option of the former Beatle returning to the South with a more extensive tour than usual, something like a definitive tour before the retirement. According to different sources in the industry, the negotiations are centered around Argentina and from there they are being projected to other markets, including Uruguay, Brazil and Chile".
"In the local case, one of the producers with better odds plans the landing of the singer in the Estadio Nacional, in a tentative period that goes from the last week of September to the first half of October".
"In the Latin case, the country that so far has shed more light of a possible show of the former Beatle in 2018 is Uruguay. According to the newspaper El País of that nation, there are ongoing steps for his next South American tour".
-
Well Fans on the Run say that the early signs are pointing to UK, North America & South America. I'm going to a lot of concerts this year but I'll always be able to fit in a McCartney show, maybe two...
-
Well, I'm already in for the Stones in May but there is no way in hell I would miss Paul if he does return to the UK...especially if he plays the Royal Albert Hall and Liverpool! Time to break the bank if he does.

What are possible cities in the US?
Major cities that he hasn't played since 2013 or earlier-
Austin
Baltimore
Houston
San Jose
Anaheim
Indianapolis
Las Vegas
Orlando
CharlotteRaleigh
Memphis
Major Cities that were played in 2014-
Los Angeles
Kansas City
San Antonio
Dallas
Denver
Out of those, I would only see maybe 2 of the Texas cities (Austin and Houston?), either Anaheim or LA not both... DOubt we'll see much Northeast US this year after last year's epic marathon 9 show NYC area +Syracuse run. Orlando seems unlikely since he just played Tampa last year. To me the most likely are Indianapolis, Houston, Las Vegas, Anaheim, Memphis, Charlotte/Raleigh/somewhere in NC and another Texas city perhaps. Anyone else think of other possible candidates for US cities? Time to revisit one of the huge metros from 1on1 2016 like Minneapolis-St Paul, Washington DC, Seattle, Cleveland or Vancouver? (assuming it's a new tour)
-
Add Atlanta to major cities he played in 2014.
He came to Duluth, GA last year which was great for me - only a 15 minute drive on surface streets (no interstate) and free parking!
-
Then again, if he's promoting a new CD, it really doesn't matter where he's played recently.Vegas
Orlando
CharlotteRaleigh

You need to scroll beneath the gray area to write your comment. I had to look back and forth between the original post and yours to figure out what you wrote. Thanks.

Is it just me or has it been quieter than usual? No April shows, which he's done the last few years. Earliest shows now would be May...
I'm personally pushing for Brazil as I had to miss out last year and regretted it.
