So I'm searching, and it looks like team buses for sports enter underground somehow, so it's difficult to see the athletes. I'm assuming the limo will enter the same way. But does anyone know where that location is, where it goes underground?

I think it is on the side that faces the Gardiner highway...

Oh, I see it now, thanks! I missed him at my last show last year in Chicago due to work. Tomorrow my hotel is just a couple of blocks away and I won't have anything else to do, so I might as well try! I'm just hoping the weather doesn't make my cold even worse. Does 4pm sound like a good time to show up?

That's the concert I would have chosen to attend if I could choose. It's a rare opportunity to hear Mull Of Kintyre!
-
This is also the show (of the 5 in October) I would have chosen to attend if I was able. While it is pretty apparent that you will get no Tug of War additions, at least you will get Mull of Kintyre. I have never heard Mull live and that alone will be a great treat for those attending. Every time I have seen a performance of Mull on U-tube, it seems like Paul's voice is very good on this song...in his wheel house as they say. Personally, I have attended 9 US shows over the years but unfortunately I have never heard Mull of Kintyre live. Why Macca doesn't ever perform Mull in the States is beyond me. Maybe he thinks the US audience doesn't really know it since US radio at the time was playing the B-side "Girlschool" instead. Consequently, it never became a hit in the US. Personally, I don't think that should be the criteria. Don't underestimate the listener in my opinion. A great song is a great song and many people who have never heard it or vaguely remember hearing it a couple of times, will be motivated to actually buy it particularly after hearing the excitement of the live version. Being in Sales and Marketing my whole life that is the way I think. I am retired now so Macca if you want to hire me for your team, I work cheap.

Not sure when this picture was taken. it might be 2010 If he plays Mull of Kintyre it's usually in the encore after Yesterday. It is very good live but he does need a Pipe band to play the song. It only hit 44 on the Canadian chart. Not a massive hit here either. Maybe some parts of the US don't have the quality Pipe Band needed for the song. He played it in Vancouver, Ottawa, Halifax and in Edmonton but not Montreal or Quebec City for past Canadian dates

Enjoy the show tonight, it's going to be the best one from this mini-tour!
-
He plays it in English Canada as he feels there are a lot of Scottish immigrants here. He has spoken about it before. I've attended each Toronto gig since '89. Hoping we get another pipe band tonight!
-
He's doing offbeat things this tour. Like ehhh... No 'Penny Lane' in Liverpool. So who knows about The Mull tonight ;).

I honestly do not know what they put in the water tonight in Toronto. Paul and his voice and energy level was like a throwback to several years ago. Maybe the best concert I have seen him perform in the past three years. Tons of audience interaction, multiple fans brought on stage. Mull and the bagpipes also... Yeah, he stuck to the same game plan, no other surprises than MULL, but his voice was strong and the audience was hot..... Glad I was out there!

It's not played in the USA probably cos Girlschool got all the airplay there. Thank your DJ's for that. Paul never forgets.

Then why the HELL doesn't he play 'Hope Of Deliverance' in Europe! Only song, with 'My Brave Face', you will hear from him on the regular radio over here.

It must be a thrill to hear Mull Of Kintyre live. If he ever decides to do it in other countries (unlikely, I know) I would settle for Wix doing the bagpipes on his keyboards. It would not be the real instruments, but at least Paul's voice would be real and live, which would be more than enough for me. And what about FourFiveSeconds? Did he play the full song? Was it a good performance? Was the audience excited about it and singing along?

So? What was the setlist for tonight?
Same as always. The one with after 'Eight Days a Week' and 'Save Us' now both 'Got to Get You Into My Life' and 'One After 909' before 'Temporary Secretary', leaving out both 'Can't Buy Me Love' or 'Good Day Sunshine'. From that selection only 'Another Girl' comes back in the first encore, with 'Hi, Hi, H' and 'I Saw Her Standing There' following. The Mull got played after 'Yesterday', before 'Helter Skelter'. Sampling from 'Got To Get You Into My Life', 'Paperback Writer' and 'Let Me Roll It', he indeed seemed in fine vocal form, with a lot of ghosting by Abe Jr. though.
