I remember when this was released when I was a kid. I used to laugh at the squirrel at the end playing the pipe.

IDK for me this was the Jeff Lynn rebranded George Harrison--I couldn't stand the new sound. That first video you posted is painfully hard to watch...what a crappy video. The one with the guy and gal at the arcade is a but more interesting as it takes your attention away from how bad the song is. Sorry George God knows you could do much better!

His best video, imo, is Crackerbox Palace. Rocky Horror meets Magical Mystery Tour!

this song could go down as the last number1 by an ex beatle sad thought

The reason why I liked this video of George is because he is by himself in the video and I like the way he looks in the video as well.I love George's hair style in 1987. And he just sits there happily playing the guitar. I love anything George does with his music. I could care less about what critics used to say about him and his music back in the day because some of those critics were very nasty and I didn't appreciate that. George has so much talent and it sad that a lot of people always over looks George's talent and music. George's music will live on in my heart including his music videos as well and of course George himself.

My favorite George video is the one he made for. "This Song":
-
Cloud Nine (9) was a beauty of an album. Some fantastic songs on this. Strange that the first single was a cover, with so many great original tracks on the album, but it hit its mark. I have great memories from this period of George's. It was a huge hit in the penal colony. He did a few interviews, probably around the time he was out here for the (car) racing. The album is just a gem. An absolute gem. All around that time of the Wilburys, And that was one hell of an album too. Not normally a big fan of the "super group", but that first album was brilliant.

Now that was a real song, the real George, and a real music video. The IGMMSOY video with the moving clock and opening book and drawers etc was low budget junk in my opinion. Maybe if you grew up around the time of Cloud 9 or the Wilbury's stuff you have fond memories of it but I didn't. 33-1/3 and the albums before and right after like GH were the albums from my informative years--songs like "Give Me Love" etc. IGMMSOY is a far cry from some of those songs.

Way overplayed. the song itself is overrated & repetitive in a bad way. Never liked When We was Fab either. Cloud 9 album hasnt aged well to my ears.
-
IGMMSOY may well be my least favorite George song. It deserved the Weird Al parody, I think. lol But of the two videos, I like the one with the animals much better. George even said in the Dark Horse video that he had fun with the "dance" move - saying that anyone who knew him would know he'd never do a Michael Jackson move like that. "This Is Love" is a great video, though. George looks handsome, healthy and happy with Olivia and her family. The Maui backdrop is gorgeous, too.

I like your comment..Cloud Nine is a gem of an album. George said he remastered his albums to give people a smile.
His music always makes me smile.

Remastered? I'm not sure you got that quote right...remastering would make the original sound better on CD. Even if you meant mixed I'm not sure how he would mix them to put a smile on peoples faces. Can you please explain?

This is Love might be one of my favorites. Great song and he really does look happy in Hawaii with family and friends.
