Probably once the album is officially announced.
Judging by Bob Gannon's recent posts it'll hopefully be later this week.

His appearance on "The Late Late Show" is scheduled for Thursday so perhaps we will have full announcements about any plans on Friday?

It will be shown in the US before that - at 11:30 pm Eastern Time on Thursday 21st June. So announcements for any US dates could well come on Friday.

I would assume more touring as it looks like we will see the new studio album in 2018 as well. I'm sure if he tours, there will be Beatles songs in the set.....sadly!! I'd like to see one tour all solo and wings material. Stop being apologetic for a great solo catalog!! He seems to be the only one not convinced that his solo catalog is great!

Well with the announcement of his new singles being released, we all now know the extent of a possible 2018 tour setlist changes - lol.

I would hope that a new album would evoke the need for a new tour name which often shakes up 10-15 songs, 3-5 of which stem from the record being promoted. However, he could easily keep it as the "One on One" Tour and just swap the "NEW" songs for the "new" songs.

What are the odds of a Pittsburgh show given its been four years? Anyone have any idea.

Seeing as ticket sales were a tad sluggish in 2014 (four years after his previous visit), I would think that his team would stray away from the area for more than four years since the last visit, if ever returning. Philadelphia is a much more lucrative market for Paul that he has never struggled in, even with back to back appearances in 2015 and 2016, which consisted of "upgrading" capacity from the Wells Fargo Center to Citizens Bank Park.
-
Who thinks California will make a return? Even if it's relatively closeby, (AZ, OR, NV) I'm in for it. I missed him last year!
-
Oregon was just visited in 2016 and give nthe lapse in between concerts past, I would doubt they are in the running. There are many markets throughout California that I think have been severely ignored in recent years. Arizona could be possible, but again, not as big. Las Vegas is always a possibility.
