I am new here! Yikes! But I’m really hoping I get to actually see Paul’s show this year or next year if I can in fact find a ticket. I’ve been trying to get a ticket for at least the last two years but can’t seem to put a finger on it? Lol. Any help would sooooo be appreciated!

Welcome to the Maccaboard, Mermaiddianna!
Haven't really been here since the Maccaboard's been updated, so I'm still getting used to all of these changes. But lots of great stuff going on this month and next it seems! Eagerly awaiting these anticipated small pop-up gigs. Fingers crossed!

While it seems like they are still working on later in the year, those countries/cities and dates are unknown. But for the upcoming one, choices will be slim and the majority of folks will have to travel to get their Macca fix
Fingers crossed for announcements today

Is there any rumor about Italy? I've missed him in Verona in 2013..

Paul McCartney said U.S. tour dates were being planned in support of his upcoming album, Egypt Station, and noted that he hoped his band could perform some intimate shows during their time on the road.
His first LP release since 2013’s New is due on Sept. 7, and the only confirmed live appearance so far is at Austin City Limits in October. Earlier this month, McCartney played a tiny Liverpool pub, where he debuted the song “Come On to Me,” which was released as part of a double-A side single last week. In 2016, he played a small club show in between his Desert Trip appearances.

I have to agree with that too.
Paul tours the US every single year (and some American fans still moan they have to travel to see him!) whereas the UK especially is treated like a poor relation.
It's been three long years since Paul played the UK (well, England) so let's hope he puts the UK before the US this year .

Thank you for the warm welcome! Love Paul’s new song! His music is consoling me while I still mourn the loss of Tom Petty! Which I may be mourning forever! Thank goodness Paul showed up with new tunes!

I have noticed that before the official announcement, the arenas in US usually teases that a big announcement is coming. Paul himself confirmed that he will be on the road in September and beyond, and thats all we have now. We don't hear any rumor, everything is quiet at the moment, so I'm not expecting any news about tour dates today. Maybe next week, who knows?

For those complaining about the supposed "complainers" in the US when it comes to travel...do you realize that the United States in total, is about forty times larger than England and several states could fit England inside it? Just because Paul does some "US" shows, does not mean it is accessible to EVERY fan in the country.

LOOKS LIKE A FALL USA TOUR!

Here are my best guesses for cities:
Milwakuee, WI - new arena
Denver, CO
Houston, TX (before or after Austin City Limits)
Dallas, TX
Las Vegas, NV - relatively new arena that Paul has not played.
Kansas City, MO
Phoenix, AZ
Charlotte, NC
I am thinking he will steer clear of Washington, New York this go around.
Possible Canadian Locations: Winnipeg, Edmonton, Quebec City, Montreal.
For those intersted: Here is a map of all North American Concerts over the past 16 years.
Choose the tour to see just that tours locations!

Autumn or winter shows in UK please and UK wide not just England. Give Wales and Scotland a show too.

Would grab a few headlines if he played a gig in Northern Ireland as well. Don't think he's been there since 63/64?

When in the course of macca history, it becomes necessary to see Paul play his new tunes live in front of an audience. This is the true meaning of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Let's see some fireworks!

I am assuming by your reference to “Independencce Day” that it is American news that is forthcoming
