Thanks, Nancy! Can't wait to see this. Hope it will have a limited theatrical run, like the Ron Howard documentary did last Fall. That one seemed to do very well

More than likely this will be a straight to DVD/BluRay release in the US as it's only having a very limited cinema release in the UK. It's from the same Producer as 'Who Killed Nancy?', the Status Quo film, 'Hello Quo' and the, as yet unreleased, 'You Got the Best: The Official Kiss Movie'.

An interesting documentary on the mid-sixties period for the Beatles, without using any of their music. The real meat of this release though is the bonus material on disc 2 with its interviews with Andy Peebles, Pete Best and Julia Baird. In particular, Andy Peebles account of his meeting with John and Yoko in December 1980 and the aftermath of John's assassination, has to be one of the most honest and emotionally charged interviews I've ever watched in connection with with Beatles, either together or solo. I would definitely recommend this dvd/blu ray release for this interview alone.

Wembley Empire Pool, London  (Wings) 21st October 1976.

'Take It Away' video shoot Elstree studios, London 23rd June 1982.

'Give My Regards To Broad Street' film premier, London 29th November 1984.

Docklands Arena rehearsal concert, London 5th February 1993.

Run Devil Run launch party, Equinox Club, London 30th September 1999.

                      O2 Arena, London 22nd December 2009.

The original incidental music they do use isn't too jarring to be honest but it is great shame they couldn't use some original Beatles music.
