I didn't talk to a lot of people on that site so I have no idea if that was the case with the emails I received.
actually, it was most of the people I talk to here. Even when the site was up, I did most of my communicating here because it was easier to have group discussions. Private stuff I kept over there via the PM system.

Well, that seems to be it, folks. Want an action replay? I'll show it for you: - You pay good money for something - It's stolen away from you before it's even up (I paid for a year, and only had 9 months) - You're given no explanation, no warning and no refund - You're fobbed off with downloads of something you already have - You're fobbed off with a competition, thousands enter and only a few people benefit from it - The ask Paul a question feature isn't compensation either as it's open up to those who weren't premium members and is also not very well thought out seeing as THOUSANDS of questions will be submitted and it's hard to believe Paul will actually answer them - And that's it. Still no refunds/reimbursements. - The good features are still stolen or replaced by something far more inferior - The website is poorer than it used to be and I, and many others, now confess to not visiting it as much anymore - The site team seemed to have ignored our complaints and don't seem to care at all about making it up to us properly What a disgrace. Paul is one of the biggest and greatest musicians ever and his website should therefore reflect that, but it doesn't. It's appallingly run and doesn't give a damn about Paul's fans, who are some of the most passionate and dedicated fans out there. Please, to all those who haven't, sign my petition to bring back the premium membership: http://bit.ly/TUhjOt OR the very least they can do is bring back some of the good features AND compensate us for wasting our money and not giving us what we paid for. I totally agree with the above post - it's been a few months now and frankly had enough. I WANT A REFUND PLEASE!!! Wholly underwhelmed by the current state of the website (Check out the Bon Jovi one to see how to do an awesome one - and no, am not a fan of theirs) * Pointless downloads of things any fan of Pauls will already have * Newsletter that gives us news days/weeks after I've already read it elsewhere * Q&A - the one question a month - did you see the first one - a dull question that could be answered in 3 seconds * Rubbish shop / rubbish music player * STILL no decent content - photos/videos Am now bored of saying all of this - have had enough now - Been giving the Macca team some time to sort it out but they've failed..spectacularly!! I didn't get what I paid for and I want at least a partial refund. I did not get what was promised - sure there's a law against that? No more excuses..no more time - want this sorted now before I look into taking this further.
