Paul McCartney 2014 Rumors

September seems the logical time to do the cancelled Asian dates. But that month is fast approaching. Better announce them in July, a good two months out.

Hi just read the news of yet another Paul Mccartney tour for the USA ,this year while im happy for the USA fans, why hasnt Paul come to his home county, ive been a fan for 38 years from the UK and I havent got to see Paul at all, theres millions of fans that would love to see Paul in the UK,what is going on? why go to USA twice in one year you get to get to see him every year.Does Paul care about his millions of UK fans who love him like me? Rod Stewart and Elton John do an Annuall UK tour for there home fans, I would rather see Paul any day then them.
It's not another tour(is it)...just a tour date that has been added. Who knows where the additional dates will be.

It's the rescheduled dates plus one rumoured city that didn't work out over the summer, props to Paul's team for looking back into it. I still don't think we'll see the Japanese dates rescheduled. They very clearly said cancelled, while the US very clearly said rescheduled. I think Paul's team jumped on that too early anyway, he was JUST there in November. Still holding out for you guys across the pond for December

Paul said in the new video that the postponed dates will be resheduled for September and October. So far all the postponed US dates have been rescheduled for October and not September. The only ones left to reschedule are the Asia concerts, otherwise Paul's statement makes no sense. I'll feel bad for the Japanese and South Korean fans if he starts adding a whole bunch of new US concerts in September.

You're right. I have no idea what shows he'd be talking about in Sept. then.

How can you not have seen him in 38 years? He has played the UK a LOT of times in the last 38 years. It is what it is. Maybe he will play the UK later this year, or not. If I have learned anything, complaining about it here does not help.

and....it also says... Keep checking PaulMcCartney.com for further announcements as the 'Out There' tour expands into September and October.
Which means keep checking OFTEN since they love to just spring these dates on us! I do wonder if any more US cities are going to get added, or if NC was a one-off and the rest will be the rescheduled Asian shows? There are now 8 shows in October, which is not a lot, but they are spread out from the 2nd to the 30th...

Now that this video is out, I bet we will see an announcement of the Asian dates within the next couple of weeks. I'm still surprised by his decision not to rest in september. I guess he really wants to show the world that he has fully recovered.

There are only 6 gigs in August, they are fairly close together, and he is done on Aug. 14. So he could have a full month's rest from that date going into mid- or even late September before he starts up again on Oct. 2nd in Lubbock.

That would be a good idea, except he mentioned in the video that the rescheduled shows will happen in september and october. The Asian tour would have happened within a 2-week period [May 17-28], so I believe he will rest for 2 weeks in late august, spend 2 weeks in Asia in early september, rest again for 2 weeks in late september and then resume the US tour in october. Maybe they should hire me to plan those things for him!

But then you'd have him going to Brazil all the time!

Argentina too!

Having 5th Beatle run things is the only way to get him to play in Albuquerque!

He'll come back here for sure but this waiting is not good for us I'm starting to consider a little trip across the atlantic. Or we need to have patience.

I was surprised about the September thing - I thought that was normally his holiday time.
